Very unprofessional that they do not provide Service Dogs to adults with autism. Do they even understand that adults can be disabled by their autism as well? Clearly not. Why do they only provide PTSD service dogs to Veterans? Do they not realize that civilians can have PTSD as well? Clearly not. No ADI programs it seems likes providing civilian adults with non-physical disabilities a service animal. It is infuriating and completely disgusting and ableist.

Years ago I put an application in to Kathy Foreman For a PTSD service dog with a letter from my va doctor stating why a dog would benefit me. I'm a combat vet from the gulf war era . I anxiously waited for a response to see if i would be accepted or not. I finally received a email that I was accepted a day before the program started.. i still have this email . I was so excited and packed my bags knowing this would help me alot!!! As i woke up the next morning waiting for my ride i receive a call...it was kathy . She said were sorry your a gulf war vet and do not qualify as were only accepting oif veterans.i was crushed and never heard back!!!

I see the NEADS staff out in the stores with the service dogs, working on training them to be four-legged helpful angels here on Earth. It's amazing how dedicated and focused they are.

Garbage! Do not waste your time. They have no desire to help, simply make excuses after excuses and take what should be a streamlined process and draw it out for no real reason. Really hide behind a non-profit designation and provide no real value or assistance.

NEADS is an incredible organization. They are professional, compassionate, and completely competent. We are so grateful for everyone involved in pairing my daughter with her perfect match. Highly recommend. We are graduates of the Fall 2019.

This place is a joke and what they do to people with disabilities is sickening they are worse then someone coming to your house and robbing you. They say they are here to help the disabled community how is that when you charge 40,000 dollars for a dog to people that are on a fix income. Then to top off they use a lot of smoke and mirrors they tell you to go raise money and come back to us and then there told it’s not enough. But the BIGGEST THING WAS NEADS SOLD A SERVICE DOG THAT HAD EPILEPSY WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED AND IS AGAINST ADA LAWS. WE WILL SEE HOW IT GOES

Neads Dog training is a very nice place. My daughter went for an interview with this training facility back in 2017. They have been looking for a dog for her we hope ever since that time. We are still waiting for the phone call so my daughter will have the dog she needs. Her many difficulties with her health would be served well with an alert dog. Looking forward to seeing the results to NEADS search for a dog.

Very disappointed as to what happened. I'm going to be 64 couple years ago I was approved to be on the list for a hearing dog. Everyone there is nice. I moved 6 months ago found out about a program here but never asked to be taken down. This is a little different things did not go so when I found out was done at NEADS was so upset. Now I'm looking for a private person certification. What bothers me is I raised over $2000 so far to go to my dog and they will not release that to me to help pay Starting from scratch. Here no interviews just application. I have possibly found someone.

Place sucks. So unorganized and after two years of dealing with them I get turned away because I stuck up for myself when Kevin gave me an attitude over to phone.

Great group of poeple running this place and it's a pleasure volunteering for them. The dogs are qualified and trained very humanly so the the person in need truly gets a partner. If you are thinking of donating time or money it a worthy and wonderful place to donate to
