“I just had a move with this company from Bourne to South Dennis. First, the two movers could not have been kinder and more helpful. Then there was an issue with a missing part on my couch. Talk about service!!!.....First, Doug went to my condo and looked around the outside...twice! Then, he went the furniture dealer to try to find a replacement part.....Then....Doug drove all the way to .Dennis, he flipped the couch over and found the missing part stuck in an unlikely place inside the couch. Now the couch runs fine. He spent at least a half a day on this.I am literally in awe!!!”

“LOVE this storage facility! Never thought I’d ever be pleased with a “storage,” company, but this place is AMAZING! This family owned biz aims to keep the grounds and facility clean and operating professionally. They keep their word, don’t raise prices every year, or every month like other places do, and have very few customers leave. We’ve been on a waiting list for a larger unit for almost a year, and nothing has come available. I think they’re expanding, so hopefully a larger unit will be available soon.”
“Well designed units, climate controlled stoarge units are in a hallway between the exterior non-climate controlled storage units , u-haul trucks and trailers available on-site to rent , moving supplies sold on-site in the office”
“Nice people. My only problem is that not all the units are watertight. I had to switch units because of leaks from ceiling. They can't really keep water from coming in under doors & some areas of the roof, so I put my things up on pallets & cover everything in plastic, that isn't sealed in bins.”
“I have used this facility in Falmouth on three separate occasions since 2013, and am about to do so again. The facility itself is unbelievably clean, custom built and very secure, this family run business is very professionally run, they greet me by name and are always very helpful. I am not sure why one would choose any other storage facility in the local area if you wanted somewhere to store your goods & chattels given the options that are out there when compared to Falmouth Climate Controlled Self Storage........ and the Solar generated power is another example of their innovative approach.”

“This company is the best moving company we have ever worked with we called them too have them come out to give us a estimate to move from Middleboro to Plymouth Massachusetts.Tom Muldoon is their moving consultant he sure does know his business his estimate was right on the money for time allowed to do the move.It was also the hottest day of the summer the crew he sent was very professional & polite I’m from the old school so that really meant a lot to me one of the workers was the owners son who is a hockey player like I was so we chatted about hockey while he still worked his butt off !The office staff is the best in customer service Jean helped us with all the paperwork she also runs a tight ship .If I could give them 10 stars I would .Give them a call you won’t be sorry.Mike Sullivan 8/5/23”
