I first seen the product at a gun show in savannah Ga, this is where I believe I was talking to the co-owner.It was then I knew I was going to order one of their custom AR platforms. Due to the fact while talking to the person they shared the same love of weapons.I am so happy with the purchase and happy with Morgan the lady that walked me through all the different options for my rifle.Great job and keep up the great work on the weapons and great customer service.Well done.

I can not recommend this company enough! I purchased my first AR through them yesterday and had an amazing time sighting in at the range today! It shoots so well, the trigger is so smooth, and its definitely a bonus that the color is beautiful.More importantly- I had the privilege of meeting Julia & Allison. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate good people that love what they do, are intensely passionate and take pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer all of my questions (from somebody who is VERY new to firearms).If you ever get the chance to meet them in person, do it. … and definitely purchase some firearms from them! I know I’ll be back for more!

I bought two firearms from them at a gun show right before closing, it usually takes awhile for the background checks so I opted to pick it up at the store the next day, they even opened the doors to me when they weren't even officially open yet for the day, we ran out mouths for a long time, great people, I've had my gun for over a year now and zero issues. I saw a couple negative reviews and felt obligated to come on here and give my genuine experience. I'd buy from them again. ?

I struggled whether to give 2 or 3 stars. I'm giving 3 because I didn't give the company the chance to fix anything and instead just got rid of the pistol.I purchased one of their 300blk AR pistols a few months ago at the gun show. The pistol looked really nice and at first test seemed pretty solid for the money. At $950 it's relatively cheap, but figured it was at least worth that.First I noticed the dust cover wouldn't close on its own. I had to push the pin down manually then close it. Not a big issue, but a sign of lower quality.Then I mounted my sight to the platform and after just a few uses I noticed the cerakote was chipped off and underlying material was showing on the Pic rail. I also mounted a small battery for my thermal sight using a Pic rail mount and that chipped the cerekote also.After a few hunting trips I noticed the tip and edges on the front of the handguard were chipped and smashed a bit. This leads me to believe the quality of the material used is not as high of quality and likely softer as a result. Maybe not an issue for a range pistol, but for those that want to use actively this is a problem.Lastly, when firing I expect some gas in the face, but this was much more than normal. After setting the pistol down on the bench, smoke and gas would continue coming out of the ejection port and from the seam where the lower and upper come together. Smoke would also come out where the barrel and front handguard meet. I'm not a gas system expert, but this isn't normal.With all of these issues, I decided that Kulas Customs just wasn't the quality I expected and I needed to go a different direction. I may have higher quality expectations than I should. However, when trying to trade the pistol back to Shoot Straight, they would only offer $250 just a few months after paying $950 because of quality issues. Just another point of concern.

All I can say is WOW! I got the chance to go to the range this weekend with my Kulas Customs K4B and I am so happy with this AR pistol. The quality in workmanship is amazing, and the quality in the build is proven by the paper. When I can keep my group inside the center of a 1.25 inch target and have consistent through and through shots, I'd say it is a very well designed and manufactured piece. The staff knows their product and their attention to detail is spot on. Giving a customer an excellent product and amazing after the sale service is a plus plus as well. Highly recommended and I will be sending others your way. Thank you again!

Pulled in parking lot looking for tanning salon that I guess used to be next door and the girl that came out from Kula's door was overly rude. If that's any inclination how they treat people DO NOT GO THERE!

I picked up a Kulas Customs 300AAC BlkO. Mod. K-4 at a Florida gun show last weekend from Shoot Straight booth. I wasn't sure if I wanted a pistol from a company I didn't know the young man at the booth assured me that this was a well built pistol and it had a lifetime warranty. I really liked how it looked so I bought it. I have already taken it to the range a few time and ran maybe 200 plus rounds through it and found it to be a really fun gun to shoot. It seems to be well bulid and comfortable to shoot. I would recommend this pistol. That being said I do have one issue whatever coating/paint is on the firearm scratches off easily. But overall it still gets 5 star please improve your coating/painting process.

I purchased a custom piece they had made from shoot straight. I had a few questions about it so I called them and they are extremely nice and happy to assist you in any way. I really like this company and I like the idea of dealing with a company that is somewhat local to the area that I live in. I also like to purchase from smaller Mom and pop type companies that feel the same way that you do. Great company and I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future either directly or through a local retailer that sells there products. Just wanted to say great job and keep up the wonderful work I really appreciate it.

The fine folks over at kulas were always professional i am so happy with cerakot job they did on my glock it looks so so so good if your in the market for a new customs fire arm give them a call you won't be disappointed they are friendly and just all around awesome people thank yall so much

Very disappointed with this company.. good quality rifles , terrible customer service. I was very excited about getting my rifle, until i was greeted with rudeness over the phone from the “owner”. I waited a day after they told me i could get the rifle because they said they would be busy.. drove 3 hours to get there and say they dont know what im talking about. That pick up was really 3 more days after that. Usually i still wouldn't mind, but after hearing how the owner talks to his customers id only use this place as last resort.

I recently bought a Storm Trooper AR from them at the palmetto gun show and they were super nice people. Told me exactly how they make the gun and that if I put a bunch of rounds thru that he would see that it gets fixed ASAP and he stands behind every gun. Can’t wait to visit their shop in St. Pete.

Well long story short! I bought an AR from Kulas at a show! Went through like a1000 rounds on it, no problems at all and best AR Pistol Ive personally ever shot before. It was that much that I loved the pistol and their customer service that went to another show and grabbed two more Kulas, and today went over to their amazing shop/showroom and picked up two more! Thank you Kulas Customs for your great quality and customer service! You guys the best!

Recently bought a nice custom AR-15 from Kula, with Cerakote. Very happy with it! Performs perfectly at the range! Very reasonably priced, including Pmags and dot-sight. Very friendly and knowledgeable service, even after-sales. Can definitely recommend!
