3-27-2022. Please beware!! In Sept of 2022 my car got stuck in gear but was able to get it into reserve for tow truck who took it to JD's. John told me there was nothing wrong, so I go to pick it up and he's got the transmission out, needs bushings he tells me. Fast forwards to March 2023 and my car is still in pieces. I've gone there and have called many times, I understand things happen but lots of excuses, back order, way too busy, employee issues, etc.. says he is sorry and will get to it. On March 6th went there again and he told me my car is next but still to date no car... I've had to file complaints w BBB and AG still in the process but current excuse is the part is backordered, though no paperwork to prove claim and he already told me my car was next. . Don't take the chance and have this possibly happen to you. Will update as things develop.

I went to jd,s for a check engine light and John was great at diagnosis the problem and he had it fixed in no time. He was great

JD is awesome!! He genuinely cares about what he does. He takes time to break down the issue for you and explain what work needs to be done. He doesn't try to haggle you into doing unnecessary maintenance and he doesn't rip you off. I feel so blessed to have found this honest family-owned company! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful repair shop!! Really skillful, helpful technicians who are looking out for their customers. We were on a family road trip when our power steering failed. We brought the car in in the morning and got a quick and helpful explanation and estimate. When the owner went to do the repair, he saved us a LOT of money by replacing just one rusted tube instead of the whole steering mechanism. The folks here are incredibly honest and very kind! We were lucky to get a same day repair for a very reasonable price. The steering works perfectly now--thank you so much! Highly recommend!!

JD helped me out of a bad situation and they were quick. Had it dropped off the night before. He had it fixed the very next day. I will recommend this garage to anyone who needs a garage. He's very friendly.

It's nice when you find a place that can do exactly what they say they will and makes it easy. They know their stuff and I was really fortunate to get same day service. I would definitely use JDs again

John is a honest, takes so much pride in his work. Does not cut corners and engaging with the customer. to me in repairs because he showed me each part replacement and why. He has the highest quality diagnostic equipment that dealerships do not have. He spent his precious time to show his diagnosis computer. I was so impressed! . There is no guessing on repairs. Go there once for a problem you will not go back. Unless a different problem. As he told me. (1 problem you will never come back!) I know I’m going back! Bottom line. You go to John you found a new friend. I’m from Plymouth and took the ride to see. Very happy!!!Services: Brake service & repair
