“If there was an option for 6 stars, they would get it. Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. My cars front bumper was ripped off in an accident and while working with the insurance company we kept coming up with a five to six weeks window for repairs. Upon calling RCC they were able to get the car to their shop within two or three days and even arraigned for flatbed pickup to and from my house to the shop. The level of professionalism and communication was top shelf- they would text or call at every step of the process and took it upon themselves to handle the financials with the insurance company. The front office was also a pleasure to deal with and responded very timely with any questions and made sure I had no issues with insurance or my rental. Even finished the truck early and had someone come in Saturday so I could pick it up before the holiday weekend. Will never bring my vehicle anywhere else but here. Was a perfect experience. Picked the right place!It was looking like my car was going to be totaled, they were very kind and reassuring, but ultimately it was not totaled!The work done looks fantastic and my car is running great.Due to a back-up with my exhaust it did take awhile for the work to be completed (no fault of the shop) and they remained in consistent communication to let me know the status, answered and returned my calls promptly.Even after I thought the work was done, the check engine came back on, they checked it out immediately, paid for a rental to complete the work and even though after the fact it seemed the light was not on due to the accident but a coincidental incident, they took care of it no charge.Would highly recommend!!”
