Grossly compromised the esthetics of my vehicle. Failed to inform me of the changes, that I would NOT have agreed to. I was charged $1000.00 over the estimate for something Im totally unhappy with. TOTAL unprofessional !Forget this place.

I'd give it a zero if possible. Wanna get screwed ? Go here. Brought my 2002 Ford Ranger here for an body overhaul. The frame was severely rusted and determined to be junk. He offers to take it "off my hands, and dispose of it". I brought it home, as I searched for the title. I later learned that is was worth a minimum of $810.00, as junk. Later, I brought my 2009 Volvo V50 R-Design here for minimal rust, and "sport skirt" repair. I was quoted $2500.00...on two occasions. We agreed that he would put it on the lift to check the condition of the frame. We agreed that he would call and inform me. If it was in good condition, I'd consider a full repaint. I loved this vehicle, and didn't want to part with it. He never called. When I called him, he'd already started the job. He bought two replacement side skirts and a front skirt. They were black and could not be painted silver like the entire vehicle. I wasn't pleased, and he never informed me ! The car was also to be detailed for the quoted figure. When I see the car, the sporty presentation is GONE. The "chin spoiler" under the front grill is GONE. The new black skirt doesn't wrap around the back ! The interior detailing was "fair", but apparently didn't include the exterior. (I took it immediately to a car wash) He ruined the premium R-Design package. When I'm presented with the bill...it's now $1000.00 over the quote !!! When I asked if he'd split the difference on the $1000.00 increase, with me ( considering that he NEVER consulted with me) he replied...."the best I can do is give you $200 for your Ford Ranger !!! Please note that this "business" has relocated to Route 27, Hanson, MA. You like getting F***ED...bring your vehicle here. PMF

He runs A complete scam. No Written estimates, holds Ur vehicle for a week and charges you for a week labor. 1,300 to paint a bumper cover.!!!!!!the worts body work I have ever seen.
