Horrible customer service. Inquired about junking a car, called 3 or 4 times with each call promising a call back which never came.

A bit of advice, don't assume your customers can't understand spanish by their appearance. Very unprofessional and dirty, even for a junkyard.

After one week and a total if 8 phone calls they still could not give me a answer on the part I needed. Each phone call came with a promise to call me back. Never happened. The lady on the phone is very rude.I guess I needed the part more than they needed the sale.Just to be clear, they have the part I wanted, but "needed to move cars around to get to it" and after a week of no apparent attempt to get the part it was time to move on.As a suggestion to the owners, be honest. If I was told the situation from the start I would have decided to wait or move on. And saved you this review.

Lady on the phone never EVER calls back, tried to order parts 3 times during 2 months she promise give me call but NEVER called back. Do not recommend.

I purchased a used engine but found that the engine was not usable. Angle took back the engine and refunded all of my money. I appreciate that he stood behind his parts. I would definitely buy again.

I been getting parts from Salvage yards for over 30yrs..this guy tried to scam me..wanted me to pay for a part that wasn't even out yet and i asked for a title and says yeah yeah pay now and come back later..this guy's a JOKE!!...,..STAY AWAY YOU BEEN WARNED..!!..(SMH)
