Don't use this agent!!Tried to get renters insurance added to my policy but it was so loud over the phone that after 5 minutes I gave up. I felt very disrespected in that all the background noise over the phone sounded like employees and the person whom I was speaking to would not ask them to please quiet down. I am now canceling all my insurance with this agent. Hopefully for them my cancelation goes through smoothly.

They have been closed for four months no one answers the phone I leave a message no return call someone rear end I had questions by no one to answer them. They don’t know what an Agent does. Represent the client ! This has to be the worst agent in town. I did change agents but still getting bills from. I’m a life time resident of Plymouth and take my advice go elsewhere for insurance they are useless as an agent
