Such a great experience going in for service. Taylor and Gary are super professional and friendly. They took me under the car to show me exactly was was wrong with the vehicle. Had no doubt I was being treated fairly and the problems were explained in a non-condescending way, witch I find to be the the opposite at other dealerships.

I have been a customer for years, I have never had an issue. They always go above and beyond for me and I am always nice to them! John and Emma (?) could not have been more helpful on my last visit - I always love going there and they welcome my dog!

When a small plastic cover broke on my "Certified by Volvo" 2018 V90 these folks denied coverage under the warranty. That's despite clear warranty language that parts and labor for everything on the car is covered unless specifically excluded. After weeks of hassle they gave in and paid for parts and labor.I continued to service my car and they always provided a loaner so I could go to work. But last time I called for a scheduled service appointment and a detailing, they said "We're not giving you a loaner to get your car washed." Of course, that wash was in addition to the usual service, so the denial was unfair. Moreover, Josh, the service manager was rude and angry. What's up with that?

I wanted to take a moment to let people know that #Volvo of #Plymouth Is a first rate organization. Taylor in service was able to get me in regarding a problem I was having in one day. Her welcoming smile and the mechanics expertise got us through the process. Still working through the process but I feel that they are honest and trustworthy. Mark in sales is head above heels better than the vast majority of Sales consultants and iits no wonder he's asst general manager. If you want to purchase a great safe car consider volvo. A great dealer is icing on the cake. I speak from experience we have had 5 of them.

Purchased a used vehicle. They sold me a lemon. Drove the car for three week back in October. Vehicle has been in the shop for 6 months. Dealing with attorney general to get my money back.
