Can’t believe how many times we’ve been in person to straighten out our business account. Paid an extra bill last week, and now our service is shut off. Can’t get one ounce of help from in store ppl. Now can’t get our service back working…they owe us at this point.

Me and my daughter just upgraded her phone. Be very careful dealing with these people. I was distracted and the person upgrading the phone took it upon himself to “sell” my daughter $225.00 in unnecessary accessories which ended up on my credit card. Coincidentally the sales person put everything in the bag when we left except the receipt. I went back for the receipt and discovered the overselling of $225 in lens cover, cases, screen cover, camera cover etc. When I asked for the receipt the sales guy said “hmm I must have forgotten to hit print. I said hmm you remembered everything else under the Sun”. I would stay clear and be very careful of this fast shuffle that these people are trained to put on. Bottom line this upgrade which was supposed to cost $35.00 according to the sales person actually costed $1,309.64. Good ole’ Verizon
