I paid 30 dollars to have my dogs ashes delivered to my home both days I was home the 1st day I got my mail and found a slip saying they sorry you were not home and we missed you 2nd day I made sure I was outside when he came by and I yelled to get his attention but had music so loud he didn't hear me and found a blue slip saying sorry we missed you I'm DISGUSTED by this so now do I get my 30 dollars back seeing as I need to go do there job you got one job to DELIVER !!! Called to find out what happened was told well you can come in to get it ya I know that the whole purpose of paying was not to have to do that

The one on Long Pond Rd, Plymouth is awful. Not enough staff working, long lines out the doors, a nightmare.

I ordered something off tiktok and said it was being delivered by usps (delivery to)shipping address was clear as day and was rescheduled for tomorrow… I’m so sick of my mail being tossed around this place it’s simple P.O. Box or deliver to address on the box. Having issues over nothing.

Probably not their fault. You have to stand in line 15 minutes to talk to some that tells you to go fill something out then go back to the end of the line and wait again for15 min. Tends to be how things work when private industry is not involved

The US Post Office loses mail and does nothing to recover it. Lame and insincere attempts and zero action. With e-mail and technology the Post Office should be privatized. Package delivery can be handled by The UPS's and Fed-Ex. No more tax money to the Post Office!

Said they had no access point to my house at 5:12 pm to deliver a package (my glasses). Mail came at 1....so they prob forgot the package altogether with the rest of the mail. But instead of being honest they lie on the tracking app and say we have no access point for them to reach the property. (Unfenced property, front doorstep always available, mailbox available on sidewalk). Guess I won't see today. Thanks ?

My package was marked as delivered while i was home. It was NOT delivered. I’ve sent emails and made phone calls and no one has gotten back to me. I called corporate and was told that my file said someone spoke to me (which was a LIE) and was then given some of the worst and most offensive advice I’ve ever heard. Call the small business I ordered from and threaten to call the BBB if they don’t replace it or call my credit card company to dispute the charge. So basically screw over a small business to cover for the fact that the people working here are irresponsible and dishonest. I’m so disgusted with this company.
