The staff here are very helpful. I've used them for packaging, shipping, and notary services. The shop can get very busy sometimes and there can be a line.

If only I could award a ZERO... The entire staff: RUDE. The manager (Alexis Robert) provided nothing but a ROBOTIC answer to my issue. This location, although privately owned, is bringing down the entire UPS brand. You've been warned.

Rude. I went in to bring back my Grandsons coat. I usually do it at kohls and it’s always seemless. First I was told I have to pay for the label and a box ect. Kohls usually takes it no questions asked. Melissa said you have to email me your label ect. I’m looking at my phone thinking what is she talking about. Kinda squinting because I don’t have my reading glass. She proceeds to grab my phone from my hands and says “ Can’t you Read”. I was so upset. I told her customer service isn’t her thing because that was extremely rude. What if I couldn’t read??? Then because I made a comment about her lack of customer service she proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to wait on me. What!!! The truth hurts I guess. She did end up finishing my return after practically throwing my change at me. I had to pick it up off the floor. She said oops I’m so sorry. She was not. I truly have never ever ever been treated like this. I felt like I was being punked. If I were her manager I would have a good talking to her. I mean I can’t be the only one!! Needless to say. I won’t be using this UPS store ever again. I have children who live out of state and send many packages throughout the year. But not from here. Not anymore. And yes Melissa I can read and I’m also a business owner who would fire you on the spot.

Literally the slowest and most inefficient UPS store I’ve ever been to. Three employees working and only one is helping customers when the line is out the door, and the one employee helping customers has the speed of a baby sloth. One employee was sorting mail and the other was fiddling with a tablet with a baby strapped to her in a carrier. Watched someone else storm out after being told they have to wait in line just to drop off a package with a prepaid UPS label already affixed. Which resulted in me being forced to wait in line for 20 minutes just to drop off a package and that is just absurd.Coming from someone who worked retail for seven years, when customers are in line, you stop whatever trivial task you’re doing and tend to the customers in your store. I don’t know who the manager is here, but they need to be removed and the associates need to undergo some serious customer service training. The only redeeming factor is the fact that they’re friendly, but I will never set foot in this store again.

They should have a giant sign that says "We do not cater to UPS's business clients and do not provide the appropriate service to customers who spend over $10,000 a year with UPS". At least then I would know what I am in for. You can drop a package at a UPS drop box but not at that store. "I charge $2.00 to tape your little box," really? I can change my shipping company to Fedex. I would never treat one of my larger customers that way. Can you imagine? There is a significant break in the UPS go to market strategy v. building a quality and trusted brand. This is usually a problem with the franchise model-UPS has no control over policies or services levels, but they should.

UPS delivers an Amazon package completely damaged, Amazon says to bring the package back to UPS for a refund, UPS charges me to tape the box back up after they are the ones who damaged it on delivery. Rude to me at the counter. I'm still confused.

Nobody but a doo-doo would advertise on the web site & on the sign on the front door that they are open on Sunday until 3:00 when they are NOT!!!

The “manager” Alexis Roberts demonstrated to me this UPS store is a completely toxic work and customer service environment. Like other recent reviews she also mocked, laughed, and insulted me the moment I turned my back and I wasn’t even out the door. I couldn’t believe my ears, I went back into the store after thinking to myself did that just happen? I said “I heard what you said about me and I want your managers information” She then gave me her card instead. As I was about to walk out again she told the other young person “oh that dosnt matter”. Oh I don’t matter?? Working in corporate America over 20 years I knew this “manger” was a child and seemed she needed to go back to high school because that attitude dosnt get you anywhere. With the experience I have in retail I normally only submit positive reviews but I couldn’t let this experience not be heard. I’m reaching out to her manager and if I don’t get results then their manager and so on. This is my local UPS store and I will continue to go there and I don’t expect mean girl episodes everytime I walk in. I hope her attitude changes as she learns life lessons to be professional and kind and NOT insulting and childish.

Girl at desk told me she would not ship my prepaid labled package unless I waited in the line (12 people). I left packages as I have for 15 years and as I walked out she said “those wont move”. First rude employee Ive ever met there. I dont need a receipt… why make the line even longer adding inconvenience to me and everyone else ?

Worst customer service. They refuse prepaid packages and make you wait for 16 minutes just to hand it to them.
