The diagnostic fee of $175 isn't waived for the actual work being done and they charge $553 to replace 4 spark plugs. Keep driving up Route 3 to Best Chevrolet. This was my mistake trying a Chevy dealer closer to home.

Jacob Eldredge and all of Tracy is always a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were of how their EV vehicles compare against others in the market. Spoke with Joe regarding a Cadillac Escalade and he was polite and friendly. Told him I was ready to go and then hit me with the $10,000 adjustment because I live out of state. Nowhere in any of their ads does it say this and is false advertisement. They lost a good customer and I suggest anyone else considering this dealer find a more honest dealership. Not the way to run a business.
