Quality products on par with the likes of Whole Foods or Wegmans. Prices are a bit high. Customer service is lacking, especially from Connor behind the meat counter.

The one star is not for product but for the customer experience. I called the bakery dept on Friday, asked if there would have key lime pies on the weekend. The bakery employee told me yes, took my name and said she would hold one until Sunday pickup. I arrived at the bakery on Sunday, was told they had no such order and did not have any pies. She further said that there was no way they would have taken the order. I asked her if she was saying I made that up and that I was lying. Again she said I’m telling you we would not have taken that order. Very upsetting and disappointing experience.

I love this place but the 2 stars is for the deli. Sometimes you can get a great sandwich but these young kids are clearly not properly trained. As this is the 4th time I’ve gotten a sub there and it’s totally messed up or cheese it’s just plopped on top. Today my roast beef was bloody rare, no mayonnaise, no onion as I asked for. When I got home the cheese was just placed on top AGAIN sticking to the paper. Def the last time I’m getting a sub there! Why arent these young kids getting trained??!!!

I give the market a 1 star rating, prices are insanely high for everything a slice of pizza is 10$ at the hot table. Got a pre made deli sandwich today, been home with food poisoning sick as a dog for the last day. Be careful what you get from the pre made food sections!!!!

Great local market offering a wide variety of specialty items. Even if you're not a resident of Pinehills Community, definitely worth a trip in to source some of the best baked goods in the Plymouth area. Ambiance is upscale and well staffed

Here's a helpful tip. How about during covid, flu, RSV, or generally ANYTIME of year, DON'T LICK YOUR THUMB BEFORE COUNTING MONEY!!! Gross. Appreciate the $40 hummus, not so much the extra amylase on my bills. Thanks.

Overall the market is great but lately the deli is impossible to order from in the late afternoon. They reduced their hours a few months ago and close at 5:30. Any time I call to order a sandwich or something else, I get left on hold for a very long time. Tonight no one ever picked up, so I ordered somewhere else. The servie at the market is usually good but ordering from the deli from the phone is terrible. The price are too high at the market to put up with that.

I always find that produce fresher than everybody else's their sales are better than everyone else's Indian meats are untouchable and so is thier Seafood
