We went once a few weeks ago and had a great experience - the employee scrubbed the car prior to the mechanical wash and it was excellent. This time, we arrived at 4:50pm (they close at 5pm). The employee came outside and greeted us with “you’re kidding me, right?” and refused service. Super unprofessional - understanding we arrived 10 minutes prior to close, if they didn’t want to provide the service, he could’ve let us know in a much more professional way.

Do not go to this car wash! They scratched up the hood of my car with their scrub brush (all on video) Then they denied it and are completely unprofessional and not helpful. The manager in Plymouth, Chris MacIver Is completely rude and unprofessional and Eddie who is in "upper management" at the Braintree location is even worse. I had to get the police involved just to get a phone number out of that moron. Do not take your car here! I do not leave negative Yelp reviews. Trust me on this one. That place sucks! Not 1 star. Zero stars!

I paid 11.95 for the manager’s special car wash. They scrubbed my car for several minutes, and my car came out super clean! I’d definitely go back!
