Got an appointment at AAA for RMV drivers license renewal. (I Could not get an appointment at RMV...very frustrating). Appointment time was for 11:50 am. I was served when I arrived a bit earlier than scheduled appointment time. Thus, I was done even before my scheduled appointment time! The woman employee was fabulous....helpful, pleasant and efficient. The most painless RMV (AAA) appointment ever. Hope she can get kudos from her manager. Sorry, didn't get her name.

The agent I spoke to at AAA Plymouth was familiar with only 1 European river cruise line and had no knowledge of the area I asked about. A waste of my time.

Awesome staff! My wallet was stolen, along with my license. Tim and the rest of the staff was more than accommodating. It 's hard to find staff such as these. Thank you so much Pat C

I am upset with AAA roadside Service. My son's experience was unacceptable and I will reevaluate on who to pick as my tow assistance carrier. Yesterday, my son was was sent home from work due to the Noreaster approximately 9am. He was near Hill Side ave, Plymouth when his tire had gone flat. He changed to his spare however, spare caused his four wheel drive system to be overheating. So, he pulled over and was in Ford Dealership. My son Matthew Benson, called AAA as a member and explained his situation. Customer Service women explains that Matthew has to get a receipt from Ford Dealership showing zero dollars before they can tow. Matthew explained the place is closed due to storm. Nothing is open. He didnt want to drive his car anymore because of the risk of more harm to four wheel drive. CS said sorry this is the policy. My son gets car over to CVS across street. My son Matthew calls back AAA. Sets up a tow and was told he can get car towed down street but he cant ride with the driver due to covid even though he is fully vaccinated and will wear a mask. This is when my son called me in Bridgewater saying he is basically stranded, he explains his problem with AAA and needs a ride from me. I told Matthew I will am at the hospital with my mother and get there as soon as I can. Matthew calls back AAA and they then tell him leave car with keys in it. That they didnt know if they could be there before 6pm. Well, I am so unhappy with the way he was treated. If the tow could of picked him up and dropped him 2 miles with car to station it would of taken care of this whole mess. He would of been safe. Remember, a Noreaster was happening. I had car delivered to my home. What a nightmare. I dont care for AAA now. account is Matthew Benson, Kim Benson, and Michael Carney in Bridgewater

I needed to upgrade to a REAL license so I went to the AAA Store In Plymouth, they were very helpful and nice. Maskswere worn and the place was clean. They had it set up for 6 feet in between people. I will definitely go there in the future!

I'm gonna have to agree with Olivia, first time I went in unprepared and quite honestly understood why they were shooing me away. Today I went back in with all my documents, showed up on time, was very pleasant with my agent, tried a joke, nope. She did allow me the chance to retake my picture, I declined. I got what I needed to get done accomplished but it was not a pleasant experience at all. I don't understand it at all. I've now interacted with 3 agents and the general attitude appears to be surly. I have more business to do at AAA, but quite honestly will look for a different location. Nothing but good things to say about roadside in this area, calling in to the agent who was very pleasant and my roadside guy was great, fixed me up in about 10 minutes and got me rolling again, thankfully this office is in no way involved in that process.

I hardly ever do "bad" reviews - but I was hoping for a better experience at AAA than the registry. Upon walking in - it was pretty crowded with people (understandable since the real ID is needed by Oct 2020). I was greeted by a woman who I let know I was there for my license renewal. She was very quick to ask for each document and not very pleasant (again, I do understand it's busy...) She checked me in and I was ready to sit and wait. There is only ONE person doing licenses by the way. It was finally my turn and the woman was nothing but short and slightly rude. I had all of my documents ready to go as I could see her short temper with people prior to me. She took the picture, and where at the RMV they usually let you retake it - she just glazed right along. Not one "thank you, please" came out of her mouth, or even when I was done "have a nice day". I will probably take my chances next time with the RMV rather than AAA.

First time having to use Road Side Assistance for a flat today. Joe arrived immediately (within 5 minutes of putting in the service request from the App on my phone), and quickly filled my tire enough to get it properly repaired. He also provided helpful information for future reference regarding a kit that comes standard with my car. He was professional, friendly, and fast. Couldn't ask for better service!

Just trying to get some info on EZ Pass procedures. I have been on hold with the Plymouth office (auto attendant) - for 38 minutes. So far. It is mid-day on a Monday. I've considered hanging up but as annoying as this is, it's still easier than visiting in person. If they ever answer. Since I've been on hold so long I have lots of time to write about this experience. Seriously reconsidering my next renewal. Does AAA really offer services that can't be had for free? Maybe not. If I'm buying services and they don't answer the phone, what good is that? I've had many hours of waiting on hold (or standing in line) to think about this. If a company used 10% to 25% of their advertising budget to hire more people to attend to the customers they have, they wouldn't loose as many customers. They would also attract more new customers with their stellar reputation for service. It might take a while to sort out, but it seems that in the long run it would geometrically increase their customer base + consequently, their sales revenue. I've concluded that they don't actually answer their phones at all. I guess they'd rather deal with me in person than by phone. I'll update this after I've visited their office. Wish me luck! Visited the office. They didn't want to deal with my EZ Pass application for various reasons (which turned out to be erroneous.) Told me to call EZ Pass or the registry. I mentioned that I had tried to call to ask what was required. They blew that off. I had to convince them to try putting it through. It worked, and I had the transponders in 20 minutes. Luckily, I'm not so easily turned away. The service was okay, if you can get them to pay attention and take care of business. Probably quicker than The Registry. Not easy though. I upped them to two stars because they're the lesser of two evils, compared to the RMV.

I visited this office to request a TripTik to plan an upcoming trip. I was told that it's preferred to request it closer to the trip. The explanation given was so that it would be more accurate with road construction at the time of travel. The purpose of my request was to determine locations to spend the night. This didn't fit with AAA procedures. I advised AAA.com that I wouldn't be renewing my membership. After being a "member" for over 20 years here and at least another 10 years in other parts of the country. I can get the same services through other sources and not be lectured on what they want. Their response began with the same explanation but said they'd provide the requested service. It's my opinion that I shouldn't have to explain why I want to use a service that I'm paying for. Buyer beware !!!!!
