Not for this branch in particular but for the bank as a whole. Constantly get flagged for online purchases that are only a couple hundred dollars. They don’t tell you either. You have to wait until you go to use your card and it gets declined. This has happened probably 5 times now. I work overnights usually make purchases at abnormal times the BANK IS CLOSED WHEN IM WORKING so I have to wait until 9am (about an hour after I’m supposed to be asleep btw) to call them and unfreeze my card again. Super frustrating!

just started using this bank not quite a month ago and.....so far i not good, transactions failed, login has been disabled (who knows why) and I attempted to make 2 transactions online INTO my account - neither went thru. i called and was on hold for 38 minutes the other day. finally they assured me the next day the transaction would go thru...it did NOT. so i have to cancel an appointment i had this am because now I have to stop into the branch and ask AGAIN what is 'today's' issue? This isn't what i had in mind. I am ready to leave here after only one month....very disappointed in them

Just had the absolute best experience opening an account here. The assistant manager Reycel was extremely thorough with her explanations and super kind throughout the process. She took the time to answer any questions I had and it was clear she was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the company and their procedures. Cannot express how pleased this experience made me!

There was a line, but there were 3 tellers and 1 just on the drive - thru. Opened at 11am. Just be careful turning into the bank as they share a small parking area with Sullivan Tire and not everyone behind a wheel still remembers how to drive. It's just opposite of the entrance into Ollie's & Savers stores. I was hoping that they had a coin sorter, but I didn't see one. I also didn't realize that there is a drive thru until I was in the bank, this was my 1st visit, so that would be a better option instead of trying to park on a Sunday morning. Very close to highways, maybe 10 mins from rte 80/rte 3/rte 44. Close to CVS, Walgreens, gas stations, car dealerships, etc. Considered North Plymouth I believe. Staff very efficient and friendly.Nice to have a bank open on a Sunday (11-3)- highly recommended.

I was moderately happy with them despite weird security protocols and the fact that I can only occasionally buy things from Abe books, until my daughter tried to use the atm to deposit her tip money from her restaurant job.She went to the branch on Court St PLY MA, deposited money into the ATM, got a receipt that said, there was an error returning your cash, contact the bank. Bank says there is no cash. We have the receipt, and we sat there with the branch rep looking at a pic of her depositing cash and were told the ATM was over but by a much lower amount, then we got a letter saying the ATM was always in balance. Not possible. If I want to gamble, which I don't, I'll go to a casino. Very disappointed.In response to the reply below, I've done that already via the person that responded to my other post, and we've received a letter that after that saying the atm was audited and in balance, again, not what your Court St. branch rep said, and seems very unlikely given that she got a receipt that says the machine could not return her cash (where did it go then if the machine was unable to return her cash, how was it audited and in balance?) and that her account has no deposit. Your letter said it was a "notice of final determination".
