I have been going here for about 4 years. Great atmosphere amazing equipment and new equipment added yearly. Definitely one of the best gyms I have been to.

Everything is so dirty. There's water everywhere everytime it rains and the cardio room reaks like mold and mildew.

I absolutely LOVE this gym. Perfect location and easy to get to. The equipment is great for any type of fitness enthusiast.April, the owner is one of the most kind-hearted, happy, humble, and sincere humans I have ever met. She makes sure to greet and say goodbye to everyone! She does it with a smile on her face.I can't recommend this gym and the staff enough! Don't wait, switch gyms or start here. You'll feel right at home!

Their tanning beds are a lot better than most planets I have been to. The staff is helpful and it’s never too crowded when I go in the late morning.

It truly is a no judgment zone, you don't feel as though you have to prove anything to anyone but yourself. I also like how you are encouraged upon sign in to have a great workout and they say your actual name!

Best classes with motivating, positive instructors! Very welcoming group of women in the 6AM classes. Can't beat the location and price.

Solid offering, and best gym, in Plymouth area. Daily guest pass is $10. Cardio room is closed/walled off as a separate room so be ware of a sort of sweaty experience in there. Otherwise, definitely the best option for the area.

Well Equipped Gym with tons, literally, of free weights and ample weight machines to exercise every muscle of your body. The Gym is very clean and the manager is conscientious, welcoming and professional. Cardio Room is separate from the gym floor and has tread mills, step and elliptical machines. Locker rooms are clean; there is a steam room in the men's locker room but for some reason, it is not functioning. It is a no-fuss gym that is absolutely perfect for any exercise enthusiast!
