The customer service is outstanding. Jim and David go above and beyond to coordinate all the details involved in installing the flooring and carpeting. They kept us updated on the progress and followed through after the install to be certain we were happy with the completed. We highly recommend.

If you ever wanted to design a custom sofa to your exact specifications, you have to check out Plymouth Furniture. You get to pick your fabrics, styles, sizes, and more. At first, the idea of customizing everything sounded overwhelming, but Randy takes the time to explain how it all works. He's a wealth of furniture knowledge and makes the process really easy. Once you've experienced the quality of the furniture (dining rooms and bedrooms too), you won't even dream of shopping elsewhere. My eyes have been opened.

Beautiful, made in America furniture! The salespeople are wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. What a great store…. Old time…. Customer service with a smile. I helped a friend but I will be returning for my living room furniture.

First and foremost we have been buying furniture from Plymouth furniture for over 20 years and we would never go anywhere else to buy quality furniture. Plymouth furniture just delivered our King Hickory distressed leather couch and I must say it exceeded our expectations. Big Thanks to Randy for all his suggestions and support.

We went into Plymouth Furniture on 7/31/20. There was no sign on the door that masks were required. The owner of the store was not wearing a mask and refused to do so when asked. He was rude and nasty when we kept him at a distance saying "I don't have Covid and I know more about it than you do!" We told him he did not, one of us being a physician. He then screamed at us to leave his store and never come back. Gladly! His store should be shut down until he complies with the MA covid-19 mandatory guidelines.
