What a great experience! The knowledge, kindness, and just welcoming employees was amazing. The gentleman that helped my daughter with her pointe shoes was fantastic. He came in on his day off just to help us. He was thorough and gave tips and advice while fitting her. I wished I lived closer so I could shop her more often. Thank you very much!

I have been purchasing my daughter’s tights and ballet slippers here for years with wonderful customer service, but tonight we had an extra special experience! My daughter had an appointment with Marissa for her first pointe shoes fitting. Marissa is AMAZING and we highly recommend her! Her approach to finding the best pair is perfect, and filled with so much kindness, patience, and encouragement. She even stayed past closing time to accommodate us so that we could make it a three generation occasion with my mom joining us as well. Can’t wait to come back for our next pair, thank you Marissa!

[Update 5 years later] Plymouth Dancewear is still our go-to shop for all of our dance class needs (shoes, tights, leotards). Both of my daughters are dancing now (one is on the competition team) and all associates at this store are kind, knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to buying exactly what we need to for our studio.[Original review] We had such a great experience at Plymouth Dancewear getting all the gear my 3 year-old needed to start dance lessons. The staff was so friendly and helpful fitting the shoes and giving us advice on what to buy.

The people are so nice and patient they knew exactly what I needed I got a beautiful necklace and some jazz shoes and they told me everything I needed to know about my jazz shoes the best part is their experience they've been running their business for 32 years the store was beautiful and so nice and there is so much more sports wear their to like cheer and figure skating so many great options to buy stuff there so I really recommend going there there is basically something for everyone there and me and my family will definitely be going back there again
