Incredible customer service... I was traveling and bought a shirt there without noticing that it was defected; I didn't realize this until I had already gotten home. I called and they were more than willing to trade for a new one. Management was extremely helpful and interested in fixing the problem. Great quality and great people.

If you are walking around downtown Plymouth do stop in to shop at On the Water for their quality apparel and good hospitality provided by Montana especially if you are a boater like we are! We bought awesome long sleeve and short sleeve fishing shirts! So lucky to have noticed the store across from the East Bay Grille parking lot right at the little rotary! Thank you Montana!

Very friendly, been a big fan of the social media content. Wish they had a few more options with the striper and cape cod patterns, overall very nice retail outlet. The manager was wicked friendly and helpful for my purchases.

We have been shopping at the New Plymouth shop since it opened. Every time I enter, Marci’s always helpful, kind and personable. I have gifted many “schoolie” onesies and gear up our family of four with On the Water apparel. My favorite items are the heavy hoodie sweaters and the Bug Lighthouse tee. So content On the Water is in the heart of down town Plymouth.

I have had the pleasure of shopping at On The Water in Plymouth for the past few months, more recently Christmas gifts. The store is beautiful inside filled with my favorite things (comfy clothing). Marci is a wonderful sales person. She is helpful with ideas as well as sizes. More importantly she has a great personality and she makes your visit an experience, not a chore especially at this time of year. The merchandise is quality. You will not be disappointed!

It all started with an email from On The Water. I saw really cool T-shirts and sweat shirts that would be perfect Christmas gifts for my son. The site offered delivery before Christmas but unfortunately I was not going to be home for the holidays. Long story short I jumped into my truck and headed to the Plymouth store. The store was beautiful and was well stocked, but the cherry was Marcy. She greeted me as if I was family but absolutely no pressure. She helped me pick out clothes for my son and his girlfriend that I know they will love as they are both avid outdoorsmen and they fish anywhere there's water.I highly recommend their merchandise. But do yourself a favor and visit Marcy at the Plymouth location.Paul Fiore.Boston.
