The staff is always great to my family and I, but I cannot rave enough about the Relationship Banker Jillian Hoban! She couldn't be nicer and helped me so much with a matter that I needed assistance with. Going forward I will be sure to set appointments with her if I need assistance! A+ Customer Service!

Poor service. Understaffed. They have over automated. If you have to speak with a human being your in for a very long wait.

The teller was courteous and professional when it was finally my turn but the wait was absolutely ridiculous. Having someone tell her to deal with the line I waited in is unacceptable.
