Beyond happy with the service and crew at Loftus Carpet. We had two rooms done and Jess was super accommodating and available for us throughout the process of choosing and also communicating and scheduling install once we decided. The guys that did the work were quick, efficient, and CLEAN and the carpets look beautiful. Everything we wanted and more!

We had beautiful centered carpet (recommend the “Centered; White Rain carpet”) installed on our hardwood stairs in our house at The Village at Sawmill Woods in Plymouth, MA and we absolutely love it! Best decision ever! The carpet is really great quality, thick and super soft. We loved Jess’ personality and she made the sales and installation process very easy, seamless and quick. Her team the day of the installation also did a professional job, were quick to install and ensured that everything was perfect and cleaned up! Definitely recommend!

Jess from Loftus was very difficult to work with. Showed up early and then told me she "left the area" when i called her back 15 min later. Their workman Dave did an absolutely terrible job "installing" and fixing our floors. They were hired by my property management company to address the issues with our subflooring and fix the vinyl flooring that had been cracked due to nails coming up from subfloor. Dave tried to do a patch job on a vinyl floor that clicks together. He decided it would be a good idea to cut and slice parts of the floor panels to make them fit. This didn't work and he left many areas sharp and jagged from cutting it with a saw. We made the property management aware and Dave came back a second time, unfortunately i was not home and my husband oversaw. Dave pulled our fridge out about an inch and a half and tried to cover up the badly damaged flooring and jagged sharp pieces with the edge of the fridge. He did not fix anything the second time he came back. I refused to allow them in a 3rd time and requested a new flooring company to come actually fix the floors. Now almost a year later my floors are still dangerous AND the nails have began to protrude again. Dave fixed literally nothing! I had at least thought he fixed the nails in the subflooring and just messed up the vinyl part but , alas, no! The new flooring company will finally be coming in a few weeks to actually fix the subflooring and put all new floors down on our entire downstairs level. This is what Jess should have recommended from the beginning but she didn't and we suffered for it for the last year. Having to dodge dangerous, sharp, jagged pieces of flooring and trying to make sure my baby, now toddler, didn't crawl or run over these sharp areas and cut his little feet or legs and knees.I also reported them to BBB due to the fact they got paid to do a job and did not do a job well done. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for anything!If I could give 0 stars or -5 stars I would give -5!!! They are terrible people!!!See photos!

Jess Loftus is fantastic at what she does. The company has great customer service and really works hard for it's clients- whatever their project, budget or situation. I couldn't be happier with how we were treated there.

We had a very positive and successful experience with Loftus (Jess and Renato specifically). We had some spots in our office that were buckling due to the office furniture and they came out twice to help us fix the problem and recommended how to stop the problem from happening in the future. Jess was very responsive and had great communication throughout the entire time. Not to mention our floors in our house look absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend Loftus to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring and we would definitely use them again. Thank you Loftus!!!!

Mark from Loftus arrived at the scheduled time, introduced himself, asked what we would like done as requested! He went up and beyond what was asked of him! Very clean and efficient job. He was very courteous, and polite! As a bus owner of 50 years, you don’t find businesses of this caliber very often! We highly recommend Loftus flooring!Services: Upholstery cleaning

We used this company to clean the carpet of our recently passed Mother's home. They did the requested work on time and we paid them within 30 days of receiving their bill. Seven months later we got several increasingly rude phone calls demanding that we pay their bill. We explained that it was paid in July on time. We had already closed our mother's checking account so we didn't have online access to the checking account. They took us to claims court. We had to drive 3 hours to the nearest branch of her bank to get a copy of the cleared check which Loftus had already cashed months earlier for the full amount of the bill.After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, Loftus finally realized they had made a bookkeeping error and cancelled the claim. We requested an apology from them and never heard back.Incredibly rude and unprofessional.Service: General carpet cleaning

Awful customer service from ****. Absolutely horrendous work done on our flooring. Loftus Flooring left my floors WORSE than they were before they were hired by our developer to fix the issue. My floors are sharp and jagged and pose a danger to my toddler and rest of the family who may want to walk around barefoot. They have so far refused to come and actually fix the original problem or the worse major problems they left!!! It's absurd. Going to have to pursue legal action. What a shame.

We just had rugs installed this morning by the Loftus flooring crew and we could not have had a better experience from start to finish! Working with Jessie to find the right carpet was nothing short of wonderful. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Come install time the two men that arrived were professional, punctual, and super friendly. And fast! Flawless work. Great pricing. We couldn’t be happier. Will 100% use again!

Jess made sure all of the work was completed on time and coordinated with other workers accessing the house. The carpeting looks awesome and the price was great.
