Megan was great as well as the whole team, we got in and out in 30 minutes and purchased the sectional we wanted. Would recommend the Plymouth La-Z-Boy team to anyone.

La-Z-Boy appears to have quality furniture. The selection is excellent. In addition you have a choice of numerous colors and fabrics.
But based on our experience Sunday this store does not have quality employees.
The person who appears to be the manager is rude and he was generally not interested in the activity on the show room floor because he was too busy vapping at his desk.
We asked 3 times for an itemized estimate.
Our sales person said she could not provide an itemized cost estimate to help us compare value vs costs and seemed confused by the request.
Finally after much discussion we received verbal itemized costs and we made our decision. We hope that the manufacturing process and delivery goes better than the sales process.

Ordered my new furniture set yesterday in the Plymouth MA store..Dan and Victoria were both wonderful.. Victoria came to my home and helped me choose my new fabrics etc to work with the rest of my decor.. she then showed me a computerized composite of the room with my new furniture.. what a great service..it made me feel so confident of my choices. Can't wait till it's delivered!! Wish I could give them more stars!!!

Dear La-Z-Boy, if you would like to increase your sales, stock furniture in your stores. Stock the furniture that matches the price on the furniture. Allow customers to pickup the furniture without adding $100 per piece. I was willing to buy 2 items for $1,100.00 delivered to the same location and pay $100 for delivery. Instead I bought a clearance items for $675 and walked out the door with it. Also, I bought a chair a year ago and already had an issue with it. The quality is not the what you would expect and I believe what it once was. I will say your salesperson was very nice. If you allowed them a little freedom they would have made more money.
