This is the first time we have bought here. Our experience at the store was excellent. They spent as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with our choice of a refrigerator. When it came time for our delivery, it was easy. The delivery people were the best and they didn’t leave until everything was perfect. Spent a lot of time aligning the refrigerator doors. This is the only place we will shop for any appliances going forward. ?

Purchased a new washer and dryer for my new home. The salesperson in showroom was very knowledgeable regarding products and provided a lot of helpful information. No up selling or pressure to buy. Prices very competitive with other local or big box stores. I also prefer to shop local whenever I can. Delivery and installation was also a very smooth process. I’ve only had my washer and dryer for a few weeks now but so far I am very pleased with my purchase.

My refrigerator broke, and I went to Kahians to buy a new refrigerator. They couldn't deliver my fridge for 4 days, so they gave me a loaner to use. You can't beat that kind of service.

Friendly and helpful. Customer service was great, good selection of washers and dryers to choose from, delivered and installed and our old machines removed within a couple of days. Will definitely use them again..

Kahians was an absolute lifesaver during my kitchen renovation project. Our cooktop size needed to be changed and was backordered from Home Depot until August. I discovered Kahians through frantically calling every appliance store in the South Shore area to see if they may have one, as I bake out of my home for a living. Victoria was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to do the digging necessary to find me a cooktop in the finish and brand I was looking for, and I had it in a matter of weeks (with the matching knobs to the rest of my kitchen hardware!). Now that I‘m aware of Kahians and the customer service they provide, I will be using them for any of my appliance needs going forward.

I purchased an electric stove on February 6, 2023, and I am so pleased with how easy my purchase was. Leanna, a salesperson, was so helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable, able to easily answer all my questions. They also have a system they use to ensure I got the lowest price in the area for my stove. The delivery men were also very friendly, arrived exactly when they said they would, and installed the stove. I am very happy with my new stove and just the ease of the whole experience. This is the only place I will go from now on when I need a new appliance. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable appliance experts enabled us to get a new refrigerator that was just what we were looking for at a great price. It was delivered the very next day and the guys doing the delivery and removal were also pleasant and efficient. Best place to get new appliances and great service.

Buyer beware. I had high hopes for this place when trying to replace our appliances after we suffered a house fire in 2020. After some back and forth we came to an agreed price and they took our $12,177 with no issues...but then it all fell apart. Lost appliances, damaged appliances, shoddy install and zero communication. All of which I have documented.

Really great appliance store with a very large selection and an incredibly knowledgeable staff. They helped us find the exact right fridge for our needs, and gave us all of the trade-offs between the various brands. We had a similar experience last year when we needed a new washer. Highly recommended!

Bought this refrigerator from Kahians a year and a half ago…top model supposedly ($2500) stopped cooling abruptly and we were told we are on our own to get it fixed. Rude customer service along with a product that sh!t the bed so fast - worthless now. Poor quality product with poor customer service equals zero stars.
