Went to Plymouth for Sat AM appt, but ended up needing a whole windshield (vs repairs to existing one(, so rescheduled for mobile service. All involved were courteous & helpful, so I highly recommend!

Answered all questions online. Had a stone hit our windshield less than 3 inch damage. Scheduled appointment and technician looked at it. Told us he couldn't fix it. We need to schedule a new appointment to replace. Sounds like a money grab to me. Bought a self kit and fixed it ourselves.Waste of my time.

Maybe they responded to the reviews, but I received excellent service at the Plymouth location. Both of the two technicians and the scheduler/receptionist were courteous, friendly, and professional. They completed my car on time and, as far as I can tell, did a great job.

They did what they could, but apparently their are issues with replacing Tesla glass……. I’m waiting for them to get a part; car is driveable, but certain functions not working until they get the part which is back ordered……..hope it’s not a long wait……..

with insurance recommendation... windshield replaced with non OEM glass... the mount for the camera for safety systems were of.... and unable to recalibrate computer... following 3 separate appointments... no replacement glass showed up... went elsewhere and fixed first time

They gouged the exterior windshield trim, did not reconnect windshield washer hose, drivers side wiper arm out of alignment, did not properly reinstall lower windshield valence and broke the fastener.0 stars

Recommended to me by my insurance company. Made an appointment online, received a confirmation email, showed up for the appointment only to be told they had no record of it, and they were short staffed, so they couldn't do anything about it, sent me away. Didn't even offer to make another appointment. Reported this poor customer service to my insurance company.

Got a price online which was reasonable. Proceeded to set up an appointment and was greeted with an additional $50 "disposal fee"! Bought the windshield from a local independent shop and saved the $50 and more.

Stopped in last week and they couldn't make an appointment - the receptionist was out. Stopped in this week and they couldn't make an appointment - some other excuse. I guess they don't want my business.

Just need to talk to someone regarding glass removal. Can't get past the answering service. Companies need to stop being useless and just pick up the phone.

I would recommend any other glass installer besides the plymouth branch- They we dismissive to both my wife and myself failing to take responsibility for the work and damage they did to our vehicle- go any where else-Do yourself a favor
