Terrible business, we have waited for over 6 months for a cabinet that was promised "next week." I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Zero care for their customers and not honest people!

The sales staff at Home Outlet were outstanding. I recently renovated a one bedroom condo and purchased the majority of materials from them. I was never rushed, pressured, and gained significant knowledge as I talked things through with the associates. I was redirected with a couple selections and am so glad I listened!The vinyl plank flooring I used throughout the condo turned out much nicer than expected. The kitchen was remodeled and the bathroom was completely gutted. I purchased sinks, faucets, vanity, countertops, backsplash, toilet, and all the tile for the bath from Home Outlet and saved an extraordinary amount of money. I’m also really impressed with the quality, service, and entire experience.I was able to return extra boxes of tile and flooring without an issue.I highly recommend you visit the store if you haven’t already!

Wandered in this afternoon as a last ditch effort to find a replacement sink after one of the kids broke ours & learning it was going to take over a week to get a new one from literally everywhere. At first they seemed pretty sure they didn’t have it but did some searching for any and all solutions including measuring the displays to see if it would work. They asked if I had a few minutes because there was one last place they wanted to check. After a few minutes they came out with a sink the exact dimensions I needed. To anyone else it may have seemed like they were just doing their jobs but for a mom having the day I had they were a much needed ray of sunshine going above & beyond to help me find a solution.

When you buy from them stuff they are nice but when you want to return something they will give you a hard time. As a builder I spent over $1,300 for tile just to be mistreated by the manager Charles who is particularly rude: do not trust the nice face he will give you at first because he will have another face and attitude after you have paid for an item. Buyer beware now you know...

They will steal from you. Yes cheaper than Home Depot but you will be sorry! They practice bad business. Right now they owe me hundreds of dollars and they just say talk to your bank!!!! This place is a nightmare!!!
