Centrally located in Plymouth, the pillows are the best. The best sleep you will ever get!

Great staff, comfy beds! I wish they did a simple free breakfast (toast, etc) and charge for the hot food.Silly that the evening bar is not open yet. It is advertised but was not offered. They need better tp. Single ply??? Not the place to cheap out.

Super clean! Super friendly staff. The pool was nice and warm and there was no one there when we went so it was great! The pool is on the first floor and was open 5am-11pm.The ice machine on our floor was broken but they provided a sign that said we could go down to the next floor to use that ice machine! (I thought this was a nice touch honestly)The bathrooms next to the pool were also very Alena and spacious. They offer water and coffee in the lobby all the time and there is someone working the front desk 24/7 I believe. They had a printing station, a large sitting area, and board games for use! They also had a convenience store kinda area in the lobby where you can get drinks, frozen meals, and snacks! There is also an atm on the first floor by the pool. They offer breakfast for a fee. You can chose to do the hot or cold buffet, as well as order from a menu! They have a QR code in the room you can scan to check out the options. The room was big! We got the room with two queens and it was plenty of space. The TV was also huge in my opinion. The bathroom was also spacious and again everything was clean. I appreciated that they supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. As well as hand lotion. One thing I wish they did have in the bathroom was a fan in the ceiling or something, to help with reducing the moisture after the shower!Overall, we had an awesome time and we will definitely be staying there again!

We arrived late at night to our holiday house to find no heat and a guyser of water spouting in the basement. So at 1:30am we went over to hilton garden inn and they promptly gave us a fairly priced room and let us bring our dog as well! room was clean and very comfortable with refrigerator and microwave - a godsend in our time of need!

My commute post work into Boston after working multiple night shifts is the literal pits. I decided to treat myself (to not making the drive) and opted to stay here. I couldn't do just a day rate so I called to see if I could check in right after work. Catherine was so sweet and helpful. Made me feel like my diamond status was actually worth something. She assigned me a room and reassured me I'd be okay to check in early. Got there and had a minor snafu and the room I'd been assigned was gone. I didn't catch the guy at the desks name but he searched (literally went to look at multiple rooms) for something so i could go lay down. If I had any cash on me, I would've tipped him because my other option was sleep in my car until check in. He's a real one. Had a spot of breakfast which was not free but was good and slept in a decent bed. Got up and had a nice workout before work. Gym is decent with a couple treadmills, a peleton, an elliptical, and weights. Catherine again came through for my late checkout so I could close my eyes for a couple mins after my second shift. And the best part is no one tried to knock on my door before my asked for checkout time. I had a good experience here. Everyone was nice and accommodating. No complaints. MVP for Catherine and the guy working overnight 11/28-29.

Unfortunately our room was not cleaned prior to our stay. The bathroom lacked toilet paper (an almost empty used roll was left from someone else's stay) and the shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall were empty. Disappointing for a Hilton, especially given the price. Nothing like being soaked mid-shower with no soap. Will be seeking other accommodations in the future.

Rooms are fairly modern and clean. The staff are very nice but lock your door as the cleaning crew didn’t knock before entering. Could have been a moment. :)

Prior to the Pandemic my wife and I stayed at this hotel one or two times a year. This was my first time back they have really cheapened the experience apparently in an effort to increase profit. Needless to say we will not be returning.

The hotel was unkept, chairs in the common areas were stained, carpets through out the hotel were stained, filthy dirty, the hotel need a lot of TLC we just joined the honors program 2 years ago and I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel all around. The staff wasn’t very friendly day or evening. A lot of staff sitting around when things needed to be filled, cleaned up, when asked they seemed annoyed they had to help us.Rooms: Smelled from lack of cleaning the floors.

The rooms are clean and quiet. Mine was very spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location isn't especially picturesque but it is near conveniences like restaurants. gas stations, and other basics. It's just off of route 3 but it's quiet in the rooms.

One of the most unfortunate Hilton stays on record for me. (Consider staying at The John Carver Inn and Spa. Around the same price per night, all the charm and amenities, perfect location right by Plymouth Rock)I’ve been a Hilton Diamond since 2004 and have stayed in Hilton family hotels around the world. I do not want to come across as sounding stuck up, I am a very down to earth person who is just as open to a positive experience (always my hope) as anyone else. However having a really solid basis of comparison is why I mentioned being a long time Diamond member. Unfortunately, this Inn fell short in so many ways.First of all, the location is in a Home Depot strip mall. If you’re looking for the charm of Plymouth, you will most certainly not find it here.Secondly, there were multiple issues with the room. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the AC unit was making crazy sounds all night so my husband and I barely slept. The temperature also wasn’t moderating, possibly as a result of the wonky AC.There also seemed to be a wedding party staying there and when I say party, I mean party all night. As much as I love to have fun with friends and be rowdy, for some of us who are trying to take a quiet vacation, all the noise was not making an already rough night any better. We were booked there for the weekend but after our first night we knew we had to leave. I was concerned about being penalized for cancellation after the 24 hours. At $180 a night, I didn’t wish to lose the money for the rest of the stay.I spoke to the front desk and I was received with an attitude and was not at all happy when they told me they would escalate the situation to a manager who would be in touch. I felt justified in having the whole stay comped. It is rare that I have a stay like this. A few days later, I had to follow up since no one contacted me as I was told. I eventually spoke later with the general manager and he was unwavering, insisting that I had earned some of my points back and that should suffice. I told them they put points into my account without as much as a conversation. I told him I felt covering the night would have been a far better resolution. He would not.I would think the impact of the pandemic and the massive loss we all had to undergo is why it was not handled appropriately, but having maintained Diamond status for nearly 20 years, one would hope this would have been better managed.I do not recommend this location. We ended up staying at the John Carver Inn and Spa and it was a truly wonderful stay in a perfect location. Walking distance from The Rock, Mayflower and all the charming restaurants and shops!Nearby activities: Home Depot and strip mall storesWalkability: None
