I imagined a large busy place, but it reminded me of a small community pharmacy. The woman that served me was kind and considerate of my purchase ( buying a truss for a family member) she made sure I got it for the right purpose, and size considering you can’t return them.

Absolutely love this place. Steve Balboni sure knows how to run a business. The only spot in New England where I can find crypto to smoke straight from the blockchain.

Balbonis Drug Store is the only pharmacy I will go to! They cover all pharmaceutical and health care products. The staff are all unbelievably nice, caring and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend!
