I go to the Cranberry House every time I visit Plymouth coming from Texas. The owner is very nice and has a great variety of items you'll like for yourself or for friends and family.

Adorable gift stop with terrific selection, and good prices. I spent part of the day here with family and stopped in this clean, organized and well stocked store. Not only did I leave with some great gifts… I also left indebted to the kind and generous owner. while there, I lost a valuable and important piece of jewelry. The owner was gracious enough to respond to my phone calls, searched for and found the item. Then even mailed my keepsake back to me at his expense. So I would recommend definitely stopping at Plymouth Rock, the harbor, but also The Cranberry House.

Great quality souvenirs at an amazing price. Not the cheap junk you normally buy. The atmosphere was relaxing and there was a very sweet young girl working that we enjoyed talking with as well.

I politely asked a worker why one product with the mayflower in a bottle had the wrong flag shown on it, different from the one on the Mayflower exibit. I showed her the difference, and imediately started being rude to me. She must've thought I was some kind of nerd or geek. I'm not very smart but I can clearly see a difference between the wrong flag (UK) and the flag actually seen on the mayflower, the union flag, (you can tell because it's missing the red diagonal stripes). She told me in a rude tone "Well, we don't make the designs". If that wasn't obvious enough, I would have told her they should find a better product to sell, because it looks to me like none have been sold.

Horribly rude worker/owners old man and woman. Was in the store for under a minute before they rudely told me and my girlfriend to leave. Will take mg money accords the street where they sell the same merchandise. Stay away if you don’t want to be harassed.

Pretty overpriced like most gift shops. They also upcharge for larger sizes. When I was there last I noticed an older employee (perhaps the owner) being super unpleasant to a younger clerk working at the counter. The owners seem to hate teenagers. Generally kind of a miserable place.

The clothing is high-quality and very comfortable, and the trinkets are affordable too. I got shirts for myself and some of my family members back home. The owner was very welcoming and kind to me since he recognized me (I stopped in more than once!). Overall 5/5 stars!

We spent over a hundred dollars and the staff was snarky.
