Refused to take a box that weighs 107lbs despite the website saying the limit was 150lbs. Associate was extremely rude and was swearing to get the beep put of her store. Do not use this location.

Andrea helped us with a complicated multi step process to create a mailing label and then fax it. She was patient and kind as we had to resubmit information multiple times. We so appreciate her expertise and positive manner.

Andrea and Solona are amazing and I have been coming here over two and half years. They both great and I have an account always helping me out getting my shipping request on time and no issues. They very effective with time and don’t spend much time when am here and very friendly also.

Went in there to complete my passport and they were not helpful at all. Stapled the picture to the application right through my head so the picture was not excepted and had to send a new photo. Delayed the process a lot, waiting for my passport still.

The female manager(she says she is. She is white with fake eyebrows) there is a vomit. She is always unpleasant. No matter what day or time you go, her vibe is always the same: unfriendly and difficult. Ready to shoot her clients LOL.

I arrived at this FedEx with 14 important business shipments, both US and international, that required packaging. I had printed labels, but not all pages. Andrea helped me organize my shipments and she ensured all documents required for the interventional shipments were printed. She was extremely professional and made me feel reassured my shipments would get to their destinations.

After a bit of confusion about shipping with an express box, and a ground label, Andrea made it very easy to ship out a pre-paid return. No fault of Andrea, but I wish FedEx made this clear.
