We are a small Condo Association and we wanted to purchase some CDs to invest our Capital Reserve Funds and Eastern Bank has outstanding rates and options. Andrew Millard helped us thru the needed documents, signatures and funding the CDs in a very efficient straight forward process, much appreciated, no surprises. Also, we learned that as a condo association, we are a self managed association, that the association needs to file State and Federal taxes annually, Andrew copied back statements (back 5 years) for our accounts that were not available to us via the Eastern Bank website, the customer service was excellent, timely and far exceeded my expectations. All the Eastern Bank employees at this branch are knowledgeable, happy and have a "can do attitude" for their customers. I would highly recommend this team of professionals for any banking needs.

Just in 1, single day, finally I found an honest, great new bank..EASTERN BANK!
My advise to you, get away from, North Easton Bank, formerly Mutual Bank..the merger, ruined my entire checking, and, saving accounts!

I live in California, but am trustee of my aunt's estate in Plymouth. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Mary Hiersche, the assistant branch manager. She is very competent, efficient, and friendly. Mary has helped make managing my aunt's affairs from 3,000 miles away much easier.

Been using this bank for myself and my wife for 16 years never had an issue, we have had 16 developmentally delayed individuals as foster kids over those years most of whom used this bank too, some still do, staff always happy to help out. Score maximum from our family, thanks all of you.

At the drive thru, I was greeted by a very friendly but very confused clerk. After explaining multiple times that I did not have an account with them, and that I simply needed to use their ATM to transfer cash to my USAA account, I was finally advised to come inside to use it. When I walked through the front door an upset looking woman asked if “she could help me.†After explaining to her that HER OWN CO WORKER gave me permission/ADVISED ME to use their ATM, she rushed me out the door claiming that I can no longer do this, and then proceeds to tell me how my own bank works? If that woman wasn't so rude and the staff wasn't so confused I might not have had to write this. Time is money, and you wasted quite a lot of it.
