First thing is customer service. The only employee with excellent customer service is a guy (not sure who but he had a pride flag on him can't remember what it was) but there were other employees (2-3 of them which were girls, they were white and one was black). the girls are honestly kinda rude and definitely could have been nicer. i wanted to use the bathroom too and they didn't have a key?? anyways the black girl was on the phone with someone (her personal phone and clearly her friend) and was rude. definitely need to work on their service to customers. Also there is only 1 register open always! never any more. Very mad that it's a dollar store and the prices went up, not even mad it's $1.25 i'm mad at the fact some things are 5 dollars or more?? overall it is cheap and they have gotten better quality products.

If could of rated it lower I would have they are also extremely racist someone that owned stock in this store told me they were embarrassed to have a share

They certainly have friendly employees and this is a great place to find all sorts of items. I pop in every now and then and I always find several items that I did not realize I needed!

Never have an issue with either dollar tree in my area this one is just closer to my house. Staff working hard to unload and do register. Store preparing for change over between summer and fall but still had plenty of both stuff out. Cashier was friendly and kind despite other customers bad attitudes.

December 12th I came here with my boyfriend cause we both needed to get a few things. And it was really busy so we went in line and the cashier was really rude she said to my boyfriend and I you two need to look better their is more registers open and acutely their wasn't the next time I'm in plymouth I won't be coming here

I stop in from time to time. For some reason the shelves are never really stocked at this Dollar Tree (even before covid hit). But its near where I live so its convenient to try here first if I can find what I need for a dollar.

I got there and the 16 yo w/ green hair said she couldn't brake a $20 for a $4 purchase....would'nt recommend.
