It's nice when you go to the nail salon and you get an amazing mani/pedi... Even better when they don't make you feel rushed Or pressure you to add other services and it's super clean... But the best is when it's all of those things and they have you laughing, they stay open longer just to fit you in... And you get a perfect mani/pedi! I will definitely be back!!!

I just got my nails taken off here and this is how they let me leave. So unprofessional I asked if she could make them look better and she said not if you don't get a manicure, everywhere else I've been has fixed them up for me so I don't leave the salon looking disgusting

This place is awesome! My mom and I happened upon it awhile back and decided to try it out again yesterday... we were very pleased we did! I am from out of town and wish I lived closer because this place is everything you want in a nail salon and then some: clean, chill, and great quality of service. I tried the dip manicure for the first time, and it came out beautifully. The technician took such care and paid close attention to detail, so my nails came out flawless. The pedicure looked and felt great too... three words: hot. stone. massage. Everything about this experience was a pleasure, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Shout out to Pad Thai! :-)

The place was clean and Thai who did my nail dip did an amazing job. She was also kind enough to let me run and change my car's spot in the middle of her work and waited for me The only issue was that I had to ask for the sterilized pack (and when they did they immediately used a new sterile pack. I'll go back!

I'm just visiting the area and was in serious need for a redo on the dipping powder. The nail tech, Thai was very sweet and took her time to make sure my nails came out perfect, and they did! She even dipped one of her nails to show me the color. She does take time but very much worth the wait since she makes sure that you are her number one priority when you are in her chair. Highly recommend to ask for Thai!!!

I went to get my old set of acrylics off and a new one put on. While she was taking them off she was telling me about how dip is better for your nails than acrylic but I told her that I still wanted acrylic. For the new set she proceeds to put on dip after I told her I wasn't interested. I asked her about the price difference because I only brought enough for a new set of acrylic with gel polish. She said that is is only $8 dollars more but she recommended it because it's better for my nails. At that point I asked her to take it off because I only brought enough money for acrylic. She said it was okay and that she wanted to see if I would like it. At the end she still tries to charge me $53 for the dip after trying to telling her multiple times that I didn't want dip in the first place and that I only brought $45 for the acrylic. Also she nicked most of my fingers and they are sensitive to the touch and the shape wasn't crisp. I was so annoyed I went home and had to file my acrylic nails to the shape that I wanted.

Just walked in to see how long the wait was. I told the lady I wanted a Manicure and she just says "No." I respond, "No? You don't do manicures?" She says "No." so I say, "Then why does it say Nail Spa outside?" She just kind of smiles and doesn't respond. So heads up, contrary to the name the DO NOT do nails any longer apparently.

Brought my wife to Plymouth for our anniversary and decided to surprise her with a manicure. Great environment, this salon doesn't have harsh chemicals smell as other nail salons. Staff was friendly and great they offered us free water and apple juice. Cindy gave my wife a fantastic manicure, she was very happy with it (I'm glad). I will bring her back next time!

Good massage, bad pedicure. $30 and will try to charge $3 for 'special nail polish.' No wonder they are empty on Saturday morning.

This is the first salon I've been to where my nails don't lift. I'm getting married in a few days and they let us book for 5..I can't tell you how sweet they are..I came into balloons and such happy faces. They really went out of their way to make us feel special! I won't be going anywhere but here from now on!

Really nice service, I got acrylic ombré with 24k gold design and my friend got the ombré dipping powder. Her name is Hien, she done a pretty nice job! I would go back!
