I bought a dress for a function. I’ve been sick, in and out of the hospital and numerous doctors appointments. Finally felt well enough to try and go and exchange for something else and was told it was not an option. How can they be so heartless?

If you like independent boutiques featuring eclectic European clothing lines, you will like this boutique! The owner has a discriminating eye and selects clothing lines that are both mainstream (Eileen Fisher) and lesser known labels. There are some edgy statement pieces but also classic staples suitable for a range of patrons. The shop tends to be on the pricier side (most pieces range from $100-$250) but it is not that surprising when clothes are not mass produced in questionable factories with human rights violations and are made with higher quality materials and clean lines. The clothing lines are smaller and the tailoring and material tends to be better quality. The manager is great as once she gets a sense of your style, she is pretty spot on in finding pieces that match your aesthetic so she takes on the role of personal shopper if she senses there is an interest / need but not in a pushy or overbearing manner. The jewelry is very a particular style and that is one area I wish they would branch out a bit and carry some sterling silver pieces and some more handbag selections. Overall, this shop is a breath of fresh air!

Collections on Court street has been my go to store the past 14 years. MaryJane is always there to help you find that perfect outfit for any occasion. I've always found those right pieces that never go out of style and last for years! Stop by pay a visit it's always a pleasant experience.

I have a family reunion on Saturday and was hoping to find a nice outfit for the occasion. When I entered the store there were 2 older women up at the register chatting - neither one of them bothered to even acknowledge me. After about 15 minutes in the store, two other women walked in and were greeted immediately. I was furious. How rude can you be?! I would never recommend this store and will not be returning. Ever. The owner of the store should be ashamed. What a horrible way to treat customers!!

Great selection of unique and fashionable women's clothing and a nice selection of men's wear. Moderate price point the people are fabulous and have an eye for fashion, fit and versatility. I am never lacking for compliments on my wardrobe. or "where do you shop" The options are uniquely ageless/timeless. 12 yrs and counting and I'm always in step or on the leading edge of fashion. Mary Jane Southard has created a gem at Collections.
