Repaired as expected, they don't go out of their way to keep you informed on the status of the repair and the time-line is left pretty vague.

Cape Auto expertly repaired damage to the side of my car by another vehicle. The car looked like new when I picked it up. The work was done as scheduled. Cape Auto also assisted me with insurance claim and a rental while car was repaired. The process was stress free.

A gigantic shout-out to the Cape Auto Collision Center on Sandwich St. in Plymouth and to team member Matt. I brought my vehicle there after a minor mishap. He quickly took the car into the shop, assessed the damage and had it fixed like new within a half hour. He also explained the repairs in layman's terms. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% customer-oriented. As a PR / Marketing professional, I appreciate this kind of service and how a person like Matt helps to set the business apart from others. There’s a reason Cape Auto has been going strong for so many years - they are just absolutely the best… Someone backed into my Roadster and managed to unhinge the back bumper along with leaving a dent in the passenger door. I arrived (without an appointment) at cape Auto and they had the car in the workshop within 20 mins and took care of me that day. While in the waiting area I was able to see how they were with other clients - they treated ever customer like family and you can tell why there are people that will trust no one else with their cars, especially an antique BMW like mine. I will go nowhere else now and I highly recommend if you haven’t already please give them your business - They’re Just Awesome

Unfortunately through no fault of my own after 2 small fender benders, I had to get some body work done 2x within a little over 6 months. The insurance company was difficult to work with, but the staff at Cape Auto did an amazing job advocating for me and saved me from pretty much having to deal with them at all. It was an immense help. In addition both times they kept me in the loop as to the status of the repairs being done, and when I could expect my car back. Once I got my car back I was extremely pleased with the work they did and how clean my car was! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
