Love this store. Not only do they have the best prices the staff is awesome. I take everyone I know there because you are greeted warmly by staff and if you need something not available they will actually put in the effort to get it for you. Definitely my favorite smoke shop.

Stay away, unless you enjoy terrible customer service. I frequented this place for over a year because of the convenient location. But after buying a carton of Merits that was so stale that just one cigarette gave me a sore throat and a head rush, I had to be polite but firm for almost 10 minutes to get a refund on the 9 unopened packs. The older gentleman fought me tooth and nail until it became clear that I was serious. I have smoked for decades, but I will never go there again, even if they were the only source of my brand left on earth.

I smoke juuls. Only available at smoke shops in Mass. Gas stations and everywhere else in every other state. For half the price. But even here, they expensive for Massachusetts and by far the most I have ever paid anywhere EVER. $30. $30 for something that is $16 in RI AND NH. I mean, they have great cigars but juul is big business now and they have the absolute highest price I have ever seen.

Oh look. Another one star review. I left plymouth a few years ago. I wondered as I walked through the changed downtown. If Brennan's, was still there. Of course it was. "Maybe it's changed. Maybe it's like Taunton's location. And won't suck now." Nope. Still sucky. I think I'll go back to just ordering cigars online and waiting the three days for them to arrive from Neptune.
