Hi Sonia , just want let everyone know that u are a horrible manager, fake and u should stop being noisy in clients life .I had a Bank of America Teller check , and this Sonia make my minutes in the bank a waist of my time.I never see a real manage that cannot cash a check.This is a Bank not the a kitchen .Very clear that you cannot do your job.I am glad they have other branches and I don’t need to deal with you anymore.

I've always had a positive experience at this Bank everyone inside has always been very very helpful I have zero complaints with the bank... I really like this location I prefer to go here over any other location and love the staff.

Bank of America like to rip off the costumers of their costumer .I'm a card collector and sold some of my cards to a local shop. When I went to Bank of America to cash the check witch was drawn from their own bank they charged me 8 dollor to cash a 400 dollor check from their bank. Then the teller told me it would have been free if I had an account with them. So I made it a point to teller I won't do my banking with people who don't care about everyone who walks there their does.

This was my first time at this Bank of America but I have been with Bank of America for over 15yrs. I travel all over the USA due to my job and have visited many Bank of America branches and this is the most horrible experience with Bank of America I have experience in my 15yrs with this corporation. I waited in line for an hour just to deposit some checks. It was only one teller on a Friday and the line was sooooo long that it didn’t make sense. She had a long conversation with every Spanish person that was in line. The drive-thru got no attention and they waited so long that they drove off and came into the inside. The other works were just walking around looking and tried to offer no help at all. If this was my primary bank I would take all my money out and go else where. Bank of America either need to shut this place down or get new employees because they are going to lose a lot of business. Everybody in line was shaking their head and talking to each other saying “THIS DONT MAKE NO SENSE”

Absolute worst bank experience ever. There’s always a line and never more than 1 teller. Theyactual close the drive up window because they don’t have enough staff. Someone from management needs to speak up for more man power.

Drive up is often closed, long lines, slow tellers who are too chatty and the branch manager just stands around and never helps his staff. I only come here to cash checks from my employer but would NEVER make this my bank. Very poor customer service!

Why is this place still here if they can’t help their clients ? I need a new debit card they can print a temp card just call the 1800 number.
