I was nervous after my initial estimate from my insurance company but once handing it over to B&B, I could not be happier with the result. 1st time using them. Had an insurance claim. They are communicative, prompt service and kind! Great customer service and great work. My car was cleaned and looked brand new at pick up. Would 100% recommend!

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. I have three children who have had way too many accidents. Kevin is amazing at repairs whether we are going through insurance or not. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I dropped my car off here in March of 2022. I would check in monthly for the first few months and be told "parts are back ordered." Fine, ok. I know there are a lot of shortages going on in the world. Finally in November I was told they did arrive and they would start the car soon. Come January 2023, I started calling weekly!! Each week was another story. "I just took it apart and I need more parts" "I'm waiting on a supplement check" "your car has to go up to Marty's for steering wheel column repair" "my guys on vaca this week as soon as he's back you're the next big job" these stories went on for months! My last phone call to them was this past week (April 2023) When I got the story "waiting on a supplement check" again not only did I show up down there to confront him, but I also found my car dumped in a back parking lot untouched!! Again at the shop this guy lied right to my face saying the Insurnace put in for used parts, etc etc. one story after another. I immediately called my insurance company. They said the shop hadn't contacted them since last April 2022 when they cashed the first $12,000 check that was issued to begin repairs. The insurance company filed the supplemental form and got an adjuster down there the next day. Come to find out after over a YEAR my car is now deemed a total loss!!! Not only did this shop screw me out of a vehicle for a year, they are shady, lying thief's!!!! Rob Peter to pay Paul!!!! That's exactly what this guy did. He never ordered any parts for my car!! He used the money to fix someone else's car. He didn't even attempt to fix it!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!! I was nothing but patient with these people and I got taken for a ride!!!

These guys are the best around. They took care of everything, repairs look better than brand new. Sue and Kevin (and everyone else)are the best! Customer service is exceptional. Car was immaculate when I picked it up.

B&B Auto has earned a loyal customer. We brought our car to 5 local shops to see what the body work would cost and not only did B&B come in $1000 lower from any of the other places but they detailed the car as well. We've used another shop in Plymouth for years for all of our car work including body work but from now on B&B has our business!Service: Body & Trim
