So I just had a horrible experience with all wayz towing this poor girl stuck out front PetSmart calls triple A for a lock out, guys shows up hour later pulls up sits in his truck for 15 minutes on the phone gets out says I'll be back in 30 mins I got a state call, poor girl was freezing had no coat had already been waiting a hour with no coat no nothing I say to the driver it takes 5 minutes to do a lock out this poor girl is shivering she lives 5 states away closest family member is 2 hours away he says I'm just doing what I'm told. You sat there on your phone for almost 20 mins you could have done it while on the phone it's that easy with a lock out kit instead all wayz towings driver all wayz towing period left a girl to freeze even tho they was on site for 15 + minutes then left her to freeze you guys have seriously twisted policy's leave a girl to freeze just to run to a call cuz it came from a cop you guys are pathetic I would never do business with heartless money makers

These folks are awesome.
We mistakenly locked our keys in our car with our dog inside. It was a hot day so fortunately we had also left car running with the ac on for our furry friend. Still we were concerned that something bad could happen. We called All-Wayz and the woman on dispatch quickly confirmed she would have someone to us to help right away. In less than 5 minutes Justin in truck 7 came rolling up and within another few minutes the car was open and we had keys in hand. Thank you All-ways and Justin

My Land Rover left me stranded on Vacation. Called AAA, the first truck cancelled on me saying my 70 mile tow was too far for them. Justin at All Wayz in truck 7 came all the way out to the Cape late at night, got me and my truck home safe and sound and with a great service. Thanks guys!

The WORST WORST service ever. I had to do an unattended towing because triple A messed up when they input my location as a side street instead of the highway I was on. At 8:45 I got a text saying they were at my vehicle. An hour had gone by and I still hadn’t gotten my vehicle. I called the towing company and they said 40 minutes. I contacted triple an and they assured me it was definitely 40 minutes. Another hour goes by and the towing company isn’t picking up and triple a wouldn’t help. I finally called the police because I thought they were stealing my vehicle at this point. So they called this towing company and they said 30 minutes. Unless something has gone horrifically wrong I do not understand how this tow company has screwed up this badly.

We were driving our motorhome on Rt 25 when a tire on our tow dolly blew out. It was our good fortune that 911 dispatched All Wayz to assist us. They flat-towed the dolly to their repair shop while we drove our vehicles to our next two destinations, keeping our long-planned vacation. The repair was completed quickly and professionally and they even were willing to tow it to us so we didn't have to do a very inconvenient back-track. We experienced professionalism, courtesy, and an eagerness to solve our problems, all at a very fair price. We highly recommend them as an outstanding service provider.

This afternoon, I locked my keys and my bag in my car. Triple A contacted All-Wayz Towing and Transport in Plymouth for me. Because it was rush hour, I had been prepared to wait one or two hours. In less than a half hour, the driver arrived and carefully opened my car door. The driver was friendly and I didn't have a spare moment to get in a bad mood. Thank you to the coordinated efforts of AAA and All-Wayz Towing!

After waiting 2 hours for my "roadside assistance" program through my insurance to get a tow truck, I called these guys and Joe came all the way to Worcester to bring me back to Plymouth. He left immediately after I called and was there at the exact time he said he would be. He loaded me and my car and brought us to the repair shop in Plymouth at a very reasonable towing rate. We had a good conversation in the truck and all the pricing was transparent. Best towing experience I've had.

Today I was sideswiped on the bridge and my car was towed by All-Wayz. Bryant (forgive me if I spelt it wrong) was absolutely a blessing to me. My mom was home with the baby alone and instead of leaving me out in the rain he brought me home. Offered to let me take anything that I might need out of the car and even brought me my Timberland Boots I accidentally left in his truck. Thank you so much for literally everything. Even though I woke up late, got nailed on the bridge and couldn't go to work your kindness was very much noticed and appreciated my day could have been much worse but you went out of your way to make it better. I grew up in a Tow Trucking business and it's not very often you find a driver with customer service skills and heart. Don't want to have to use these services again but if I ever have to I hope All-Wayz sends my friend over to pick me up again! ? Thanks again.
