I rented a 5x5 storage unit for 2 months. When we vacated the unit, I was asked if I swept and cleaned the unit. I said that we did not store dirty items. I was told that dirt blew under the doors and had to be swept. I should have billed them for getting my items dirty because of their bad seal under their doors. Luckily, they had a broom and dustpan for me to clean unit. Then I had to wait for inspection. Why are the customers responsible for dirt in units due to faulty doors.

Started out renting a small unit to store office files, some old computers. The friendly, helpfull office people made it a no-brainer when we needed to store holiday decorations, some yard furniture and some furniture we're saving for the kids. Our highest recommendation!

Family Friendly business. Their hours change slightly in winter season. Everyone who works there is friendly and has a smile on their face. reasonably rates.
