Russell, out Mail Carrier, does a great job. Postal service often has Carriers do double routes. Post office workers in our town are friendly and helpful. Not sure why people are complaining. It is a classic small town post office with great front-line employees

if I could post -10 stars I would. I mailed some Father's Day cards from the mailbox right outside the post office the week before Father's Day. And here we are the end of July and none of the recipients receive their cards. There's no way random people could've stolen from the mailbox. This mailbox you just slid the envelopes right into it. So definitely a postal employee stole my cards. Unbelievable that you can't even mail anything anymore they keep increasing prices but they're all a bunch of thieves.

These guys are always awesome and moreover, today the bespectacled postal gentleman manning the shipping counter 100% bailed me out of a jam because he knew the passport processing office’s address by heart & it wasn’t the one I’d written on there. We have trip coming up soon and sending to the wrong place could have been the difference between going or upheaval of all of our plans but because of him, I triple checked it and saw that I’d misread the instructions TWICE!! ? Thank you, sir, for being competent so that the rest of us don’t have to…lol ? jk - trying! Really…

I've had a return package sitting in Plainville for 22 DAYS now not moving. WTF IS ACTUALLY GOING ON THERE??? No one answers a phone. How do you accept a package and then just throw it in a pile?

Went to the Plainville Post Office to send back an item I had purchased on Amazon. Gerry the clerk was extremely rude and sarcastic. He did not let up..... sarcastic thru the whole transaction..... this post office has so many issues ...... mail constantly being delivered to wrong address.... packages from Amazon rarely seen on time and noted on the account that no one was home or inaccessible. Complaints go unheard..... what ever happened to service? At least the Amazon drivers hand me my packages with a smile and are polite. That is more than can be said for the postal clerks!

Goten to the point that I have to drop off my Bill's myself every month because our post man Russell refuses to take out mail or check our mail box?! Its gotten to the point I have to yell out of my ring door bell system to get our mail and he ignores it. Then I had to put out notes to also get ignored?! So I'm calling today to put in a complaint finaly I've been more then fair and hes gotten away with it for far to long. I have footage of him not checking our box and ignoring me talking to him through our system. I'm not one to ever call and complain but for this I am. Late Bill's due to the mail man are unacceptable!

I always had friendly service there. They are very customer oriented. Convenient on my way to work , been going there for 14 plus years are never have had a bad experience.

A quiet little post office with small town feel. I've dealt with a handful of different employees at this location over the last few years and they've all been super friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to suggest cheaper shipping methods to help save me money.
