“So my Partners car got towed there and we went down a few days later to talk to the staff at Bobby's. And Boy they were great! Unfortunately the car had suffered total engine failure. But Bobby's did everything they could and even put in oil to test it and didn't even charge me. They are local they are honest and I will recommend them to anyone!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this company. They helped us out of a bind with a garbage dealership and were quick and efficient and friendly. The driver was a great guy who even had some good ideas about how to help with our problem. I would recommend 401 towing and will not call any other company in the future.As a side note don’t ever do business with Route 146 Auto in Smithfield, they are completely corrupt and will squeeze you for every penny and sell you a car that they know has a defunct engine then try to charge you for it to be replaced while still in warranty period. They are horrible and we don’t want other people to be trapped by them also.”
“They have repaired my cars at least 3 times over the last few years, twice in the last few months. They are very, very good at what they do. They explain everything ahead of time, so you know exactly what's going on. They provide updates and do the work in a timely manner. They make dealing with insurance easy. My car has looked like new all 3 times. They are very friendly and easy to work with and will go above and beyond for their customers. If I ever need body work again, I will definitely return to Limerick.”

“Very good company and its family owned and operated. I was towed by order of Lincoln RI police and preferred Towing treated me very kind and was good to me even though I didn't have any cash to retrieve my vehicle that night. I was allowed to take anything that I wanted out of the truck before it was taken off to the tow yard. The fee was beyond reasonable and only $30 a day/each day storage fees. No tax, no bull and no games!! Easiest tow and towed vehicle retrieval ever!! $285 GRAND TOTAL AFTER 5 DAYS IN TOW!! STORAGE FEES AND TOW INCLUDED!! PREFERRED TOWING AND AUTO SALES FAMILY MADE A BAD SITUATION MUCH BETTER!! KIFOS TO GREAT BUSINESS IN THIS DAY, AGE AND TIMES”
“I never fill these things out.I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. “I was driving back from Cape Cod to Vermont, having pumped up a pancake-flat tire when I left. About 2 hours into my journey, thinking I had finally cleared the hellish carcrashes & thunderstorms . . . the tire light came on. I exited 495 & by blind luck found Central St. Garage after just a couple of miles. In about 15 minutes they'd put the car on the lift, removed the nail from the tire, plugged the leak, & sent me on my way for $26. “Was trying to sell my 72 Cutlass and a potential buyer brought it to his mechanic and we found out the frame needed some serious work. Brought it to Mike's and he wouldn't give me an estimate since he didn't know how bad it was until he tore into it. Turned out there were 4 pretty bad spots, but a week later it was done, and he painted/sealed the entire frame. He also refurbed the gas tank, and sorted out some exhaust pipe issues. I will admit it was quite a bit more than I was expecting (would have been even more but he gave me a break on the labor hours...said it took 68 but only charged me for 50), but he did a great job and it looks fantastic under there! Next owner will have no worries...Service: Vehicle rebuilds”

“Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Cristian Towing! After calling around found out they have a special tow truck just for super cars, low riders, antiques etc. This tow truck actually lowers and rises to properly accommodate for the transport of your vehicle. After being greeted professionally by the tow truck driver he proceeded to take some information down about my vehicle and then began to take pictures all around and under my vehicle. Loved the fact that he explained it was for accountability purposes and that he would take more pictures once the vehicle was dropped off just to document the safe and damage free transport. These drivers are very well trained as it was visibly noticed during the handling and transport of my vehicle. (I previously have had very bad experiences with other towing companies broken spoilers, scuffed up rims, scratches etc.) Loved that I was provided a digital receipt conveniently sent right to my cell phone. Inside the digital receipt I was able to view all the photographs taken of the vehicle. I would definitely highly recommend Cristian Towing to anyone in need of a tow 5 ⭐️ all day!!!Thank you Luis ????”
