Derek helped me out when my car broke down at night an hour from home. He came right away and towed it to a local repair shop that he knew was open late. And didn't charge an arm and a leg. Seems helping someone out is just an average day for this guy.

All I wanted was an oil change! It was the nightmare of my life! Not only did the oil change guy" not know how to back up my car, a 2014 jeep, but he couldn't start it either! After showing him how, he got it in the bay and then the nightmare began. Not being in the shop but near the entrance because of the hot sun, I was about 15 ' away as he proceeded to TRY to change my oil. I realized going there to T&D was a big mistake very soon! Next, he couldn't open the hood, then he couldn't find the oil filter! Finally he was draining off the old oil. I'm beginning to feel ok again until the type of oil became an issue. He asked me everything and then asked me to come in "it's ok and I can use help" he said. He was a nice guy but he knew nothing about my car! When it finally came to adding the oil, he spilled a good amount all over the side of my engine! He tried to clean it all! Now he asked me to help him hold the too long funnel while he poured the oil in. I started to feel like I worked there. It took 15 minutes of him pouring cups at a time and asking me to check the stick to see if the reading was correct! It's not over yet, in fact it's just beginning! Next he strips the filter cap nut with what I believe ( as a machinist for over 40 yrs) to be the wrong metric socket when he actually should have used a 15/16" inch socket! Well it proceeded to be that he and his boss, the owner, couldn't get the filter cap off! The boss asked me to try which I did only realizing quickly he stripped the cap nut. I've been there a good two hrs now and it turns out they won't charge me for the filter because they can't get to it! I was scheduling engine work there in two days and they wanted me to go back and have there "excellent mechanic" try to get the filter cap off. Ok, so I just can't take much more at this point so I say what do I owe you? $75.00 bucks he says. This is just oil now! No filter and I have a ruined filter cap and oil all over my engine! When I said gee, that seems way off considering everything can't you do any better... he flips out with " I don't want your business". Pay and leave and don't come back! I said be reasonable, I have grease and oil all over me cause you asked my help and I'm the customer! I left then and there. The thought he had I believe was that getting the stubborn filter cap off was his reason to not want my business. If that cap wouldn't come off, the whole unit is about $300.00. Long and short of it is please don't go there. The workers are very nice people. The engine mechanic was an experienced good guy too, but when it takes more than two hrs for an oil change..along with incompetency, it's a don't ever go back lesson. I went and bought a new filter cap, a filter and went home took out their stripped cap with my own tools and some grief and replaced the new filter and cap and all is ok now. I'm an old timer and I just didn't feel like doing my own oil change. Next time I'll wait until my favorite place (Achin's) isn't so busy. I'll never go back to that place with its belligerent owner ever again!

Called to have my car towed and looked at. The guy was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked if they serviced vehicles too. Well the name of the place shows up on Google as an "Auto & Truck SERVICE Center" so excuse me for thinking that you SERVICE vehicles. This dope needs to manage his Google business listing and stop falsely advertising.

brought my vehicle in to have the brakes checked, the mechanic initially said they looked pretty good but would take the wheels off and look further, mind you the brakes worked good but I just obtained the vehicle and wanted them checked. when I returned later to pick it up I was hit with a $1500 repair bill. The owner of the garage said they had to replace all the pads, rotors and calipers because they were all sieved. basically my brakes went from looking good to a full blown brake job plus. The owner said he would throw in two oil changes also. Must've been then look of shock on my face at the cost. I paid and left. While driving the vehicle I began to smell that something was burning. Pom walking around the vehicle I noticed my chrome rim was covered with black dust. I wen to another garage to have them determine what was wrong. they discovered that the brake line was kinked which probably happened when the front caliper was replaced. I called the owner and explained the problem to which Irec little satisfactio. cost me $75 to correct the problem. about 2 months later my left front brake started making a sound similar to the brake pads rubbing against the rotors after I had taken my foot of the brake. someone suggested that the pads we're hanging so back to a garage to have it checked out and repaired. It took me a while to come to write this review knowing someone's livelihood is a stake. I believe I was taken to the cleaners on the brake job for repairs that weren't needed and had shoddy workmanship. nothing I can do about it now but making people aware to steer clear of TD Auto repair at all costs...

The option of a negative star didn't exist so one star it is. My daughter purchased gift certificates to this establishment from a church silent auction. She dropped her car off and after receiving a call to let her know the car was ready she handed the certificates to the cashier, who turned out to be the business owners wife, she sarcastically asked "what's this?". She then punched holes in them and told my daughter they had already been redeemed.... I could tell, from watching my daughter through the window she was getting flustered. I went in, got the scoop from my daughter and asked to speak to the manager. The husband/business owner came to the window and was as nasty as can be, then offered up a $50 credit toward her bill. My daughter presented them with $139 in valid certificates and was being offered $50. As the conversation went on, the business owner was getting heated, and his two young children were witnessing all of this. We went back and forth, and things kept getting uglier and uglier. In the end, the owner wished DEATH on us. How is that for customer service? I said my plan is to leave Yelp & BBB reviews and reach out to the church who sold the certificates. He said he didn't care.... I think it's important for the rest of the world to see how they do business. Stay away, far away!

T&D was a good quality shop with good hard-working honest people. The new t&d is none of the above.

A negative star wasn't an option, so I went with one, which is absolutely way more than what is deserved. My daughter paid $150 for an oil change and tire rotation through a silent auction at a church and when she went to cash in the coupons in at T&D Auto the owners wife said the coupons had already been used, not true.... Then she called her husband from the back room who agreed to take $50 off the total bill... What? The coupons were for $139 and the total bill for today's service was for $157. I went into the establishment because I could see through the window my daughter was flustered. The husband (business owner) was yelling and swearing in front of his school age children. I'm embarrassed for him and what kind of father exposes his children to that???? I'll admit, I got angry and used a few choice words. After my daughter paid what they DEMAMDED, because the wife wouldn't return the keys to us, the business owner wished DEATH upon us. How's that for customer service? The BBB is also being notified as well as a Yelp review and the church she purchased the coupons from. We will never ever use this business again! Stay away, far away.Oh yes, the arrogant business owner also said he didn't care about Google reviews.... Let's see what he thinks about the truth being told about the way he does business.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident after which local PD notified a tow service to hook my wreck. The driver (company unknown) was polite and took care with my vehicle. The police report and tow driver stated my vehicle would be towed to T&D, this would not have been my desired location, however the scene needed to be cleared.Upon contacting T&D, inquiring about the vehicle location and any subsequent charges, I was abruptly disregarded, told they do not tow and they do not have my vehicle. This was spoken in the least professional way. To which I stated the driver and PD report stated it was heading there. (In a now moderately elevated tone) The individual then hung up, and would not answer following calls, nor did they return a message. The vehicles location is unknown to me.As for this shops automotive service I cannot comment.I will amend this review, pending adequate resolution.
