I had a prescription for 10 Percocet because I had 7 teeth pulled. Pharmacist lady called my dentist because I had an expired prescription for Suboxone written 3 months prior. My dentist then canceled my prescription for 10 Percocet. Thanks a lot! That was fun pain. I think you enjoy doing that to people.

I've used this place since it was brooks...my entire family has. Love the store but the pharmacist that's been there through 3-4 store changes is an absolute rude pos. Always has a snark comment or gives some type of attitude toward everyone. Short hair. Glasses. Old miserable bag.

Disgusting and dated old and should be shut down. I'm appalled at how nasty this location is and how bad the staff are here. Hey Walgreens close this location it's disgusting and needs a remodel!

My experience on the phone with the pharmacy staff here over the past few days has been such a breath of fresh air that I want to shout about it for everyone to hear—which, it turns out, is precisely the reason that Google offers this function.I regret that I didn’t catch the name of the kind woman I spoke to last Friday evening, but earlier this afternoon I spoke twice to Kyle, who was helpful, pleasant, and efficient.Also:1) The phone menu doesn’t insist on wasting your time.When the automated voice starts to list options, you can say “pharmacy,” wait for the voice to acknowledge that, and then “something else” if you actually need to speak to someone. (Please don’t abuse that.)2) I was never on hold for more than a few minutes.This is how you engender trust; now I will actually believe that the duration I’m on hold is proportional to how busy the staff is. After all, you can’t always be “experiencing higher than average call volumes,” because that’s not how averages work.I was originally calling to find a pharmacy that had a particular medication in stock, but now I plan to transfer all of my medications here.

Michaela greeted me pleasantly when I walked in the door!Was so nice to have a smiling face help me find the products I needed to get.She always goes above and beyond for people. Sad that one person shows up minutes before closing (pharmacy part closes 8pm weekdays and 6pmweekends) and gets upset.I find most of the staff pleasant. It's not easy with new management coming in making so many changes. It was also sad to see Kevin go.

Arrived at store at 9:52PM. Was supposed to be open until 10. Doors were locked. Staff ignored customers waiting outside. Spoke to staff Mikalea on the phone who was not helpful or supportive of customers. The time the store was locked was misrepresented. As a pharmacy and drug store, you have an obligation to be open for your customers within store hours.

I got my prescriptions filled at this location. I was so impressed. I had seen the dentist next door who prescribed meds and recommended me getting them next door. Sara the pharmacist was so professional answering all my questions. they explained to me about my copay and less than 15 min I had my meds ready. I highly recommend them.

Great place to shop. The store is clean and well-organized and the clerks and cashiers are excellent. They have some excellent values with the buy one get one free for supplements, too. Don't hesitate to shop here, they're very good!

Pharmacist overstepped her bounds and disclosed to a dentist that just removed 7 teeth from my mouth that I had a Suboxone prescription months ago. HIPPA VIOLATION!! So now my dentist won't prescribe me anything for pain!Thanks again for sticking your nose into my personal life. Gonna sue!
