If you need material delivered on time don't use Osborne, they promised me a time double booked me then told me they would have it to me first thing the following day and that didn't happen

I did a large job for the owner at his New Hampshire home, spent a week there working in the rain, sun up to sun down, I provided all necessary tools, diamond saws, skid steers, laborers, compaction equipment, and dump trucks, we were fed boiled hotdogs for dinner and not allowed to take a lunch break, we were told that we could sleep there. I never felt so unwelcome at any place in my life. The owner Eric decided my price was too high and ended up taking me for $3000.00. I was a loyal customer for nearly 20 years, I felt i was ripped off on many occasions of dealing with him but the convenience kept me going back.In the end I was totally ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, All of the staff is new or uneducated to sell anything let alone pavers and or mulch. They could never keep a delivery date as scheduled and I would end up having to reschedule my day last minute.Do yourself a favor and shop around, Their are way better places to get better mulch, pavers and most of all, Better Educated Service. After years of loaning them my trucks to make their busy spring deliveries for the cost of a few referrals, this is how the selfish, cheap owner treats me and my crew.Lesson learned. Never drop a dime in there again!!!

We had a little miscommunication when I placed an order for 3/4 inch stone. The stone was delivered while I was not home (dumped on driveway). When I called, they sent over a truck with the correct stones the next day. The guys had to shovel the wrong stones back into their truck and did so cheerfully and without any complaints. Great service!

Do not buy granite posts (mailbox or light posts) from here!! They crack in half way to easily!

I recently purchased 5 yards of stone from Osborne and told them I wanted it dropped at the end of my driveway. Unfortunately, the driver misunderstood the instructions and dumped the stone in the middle of my driveway blocking one of the garage doors. I contacted the manager at Osborne and he said the driver followed protocol. He offered no help or credit. So it took me about 3 hrs that night to shovel enough stone to get my car out of the garage. Suggestion: If you order material from Osborne, I suggest you buy a can of neon orange spray paint and paint a big X where you want the material dropped so there is no room for a misunderstanding.

I had ordered 2 yards of 1/2 loam and proceeded to get more gravel in it then loam. They dropped off another yard of it for free and that was garbage also. Now I'm 10 days behind on my project and having to spend $ elsewhere to get it fixed
