This is the only family dollar that hires bums. The employees be smelling like weed. The manager be coming to work drunk,with a hang over. When you want to file a complaint against her she will say that she owns that family dollar her, her husband. Bad business ???

Its unfortunate that a couple bad apples spoil the efforts of the good ones. I have had a couple of bad experiences, both involving employees (one was a manager) being rude/dismissive to my autistic son. I'll spare the details here as I've already escalated that to their corporate.

Service was horrible the manager Jackie could not figure out how to give me my Saturday discounts with the coupon on my phone and then she threw me out said I could never go back again I walked by there just today and Bam guess what she's outside smoking cigarettes she's not even working
