So far so good. My last vet left a bad taste in my mouth. Both customer service and pricing. I brought my cat here with very short notice.They were able to get me in with an appointment. The front staff was wonderful as well as the vet tech nd the vet. My previous vet made my cat so uncomfortable that they prescribed him gabapentin to take before his visits. Here he warmed right up to everybody and seem to be very comfortable. His thyroid medication was cheaper at this location and the quote I got for his upcoming appointment was also significantly cheaper than my last vet.We have another appointment at the end of this month that we are looking forward to. If anything changes I'll be sure to update this review.

Since 1978, my wife and I have trusted the professional care provided at DeWitt’s. Per usual, our fourth dog, Gus, has received a consistent, high standard of care. The care is timely, informative, and delivered in a manner of patience and mutual respect. Many thanks to all of the staff at DeWitts.

My family has had pets cared for by DeWitt Animal Hospital since the early 2000s starting with our family dog, Lexi.
Now, I can still count on their excellent care and kindness for my own furry family members.
Dr. McNulty, Dr. Sarah, Dr. Craig, and Dr. Bruce have all been a pleasure to work with. Their technicians are wonderful as well. Julia, Keri, Diane, and some newer faces to us - Weber and Andrea and all of your support staff have been lovely!
Thank you for keeping your patients so happy and healthy. Thank you for taking such good care of our boys!

Excellent service from the technicians. I'm hugely grateful for their support in this challenging and delicate transition moving my pet to the Netherlands with me.
The documents arrived at the last second and I was really saddened when the lady at the counter was rude to me. She was making a point of not interacting with me and blew me off for several minutes.
I was in a hurry -- I was rushing to get on a plane and needed my documents, which I had been tracking all morning and which had just arrived. There were necessary for international travel with my dog, and the urgent nature of the situation was understood by everyone else I talked to, but she apparently had no idea what was going on or maybe just didn't care?
The envelope was in plain view - I only needed her to hand it to me, but she shut down my attempts to communicate and wouldn't acknowledge me at all.
Someone walked in several minutes *after me*, who she immediately addresses and then spent more than five minutes ringing up and chatting casually with that customer. A minute or so after that person left she finally deigned to acknowledge that I existed.
Once I explained what I was there for, it took literally less than two seconds to hand me the envelope I so urgently needed.
She was not considerate or understanding when I expressed my distress that she had made me wait without talking to me. It was almost like she had done so as a show of power, or to punish me for showing up with the "I'm in a hurry" energy.
Sorry? I had to get my dog and my disabled father in law on a plane in Boston in less than 90 min from that moment, but sure; fine. she clearly saw me as just an annoying Karen that she could dismiss, not a paying customer or human with legitimate feelings or needs. I was barely someone worth taking two seconds to try to help.
Again: the techs were great, but this person's vibe was unkind. At no point was I rude to her at all.
Maybe she was just having a bad day but I didn't know why she had to pass that on to me.

Had a pet emergency and they disrupted their whole schedule to get the boys in and get them the care they needed. They were very kind and professional the entire time and I'm confident they've given three best possible care
