The old bats at the front desk are very rude. Very rude comments or responses. I had to be rude back to put them in their place. Once I did she was friendly but that's not how things should be when you're operating a business. Don't waste your time here

Laundromat: Clean in the machines are always working well. Downside is the customer service and hours. The hours are not friendly for working 9-5 people. Last load, requires that you get there by 4:45 and out by 6pm. This place would make a lot more money if they stay open later. Also, be prepared to get stared down and yelled at every time you walk in by the laundry desk guard. Signs are on the door stating the rules yet the weekday ladies have so much power by repeating rules as if you can’t read the giant signs?? The Sunday girl is awesome but the rest on week days/early evenings are very grumpy.

Strongly not recommended. The old lady who works here is very unreasonable and very rude. The business closed at six o'clock and she kicked us out at five-thirty. She also said a lot of words that were not in the book. This is the most unreasonable woman I have ever seen in US. I will never come back here.

Response to your statement:
I arrived at the store at 4:45, and you had a very bad attitude and began yelling at me for no reason. Is your business open for business during business hours?
Why would you say I “sneaked in” when I walked in through the front door during business hours to do my laundry?
Why would you assume I “mocked” you? When all I said to you was “have a happy holiday”? A very polite response to your absolutely inappropriate diatribe towards me. You are the one treating me with, unwarranted disrespect. And the racial slurs you made under your breath towards me were not appropriate or appreciated. I can see by reading the other comments here that I am not the first to have this issue.
Where is the clause that says dog beds are not allowed to be washed? There is no sign posted saying this. And if there was an issue with it you should have said something while you watched me load the washing machine as though I were some kind of criminal.
I would simply ask that you apologize for your abhorrent behavior. I will never use your business again. Good luck to you, I wish you the best.

The freaking mean lady can't even be nice during the holidays. She actually scares me to where I want to puke. She practically blocked me from leaving cuz I was leaving an almost empty, probably 2 washes left, laundry detergent for anyone who needed..MEAN LADY made me throw it away mumbling nasty words. Then when I forgot something and turned back... I heard her talking about me leaving my trash behind. BUT SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT me leaving JUST OPENED DRYER SHEETS

I will not recommend anyone for the car wash. My car did not dry at all. Please see the pics, it completely wet. When I informed this to the lady who was in the store, she simply said she doesn't know anything, and she is not in-charge.Unbelievably bad experience and will not go or recommend anytime there.

My FAVORITE “touch” car wash! I don’t prefer the ones where your wheel is in a track and you’re pulled through a tunnel…. I always bring my car here for a solid clean, and I don’t feel my car has been scratched or damaged by their equipment. Definitely worth the drive

Came here and 1. Dryers should take 10 min for a blanket to dry and now 45 minutes later still trying to dry. Others are complaining too. Then I figured might as well wash car while I wait with them and soap still on it after I go through and dry and paid for the full treatment etc. Now need to go home and wash off and dry windows so they are clean. Hmm

Gotta love the all-in-one Bubble King. It's 50% car wash and 50% laundromat. Let's start with what I liked, the laundromat is spacious and clean with ample seating and a large amount of washers (though majority of the washers are top loaders and are on the small side), the parking lot is mid sized. The staff were quite but approachable and appeared to be fulfilling dry cleaning orders. The machines are coin and card operated. The water pressure in the machines are strong so you'll get a good wash per load. I also like that you have easy access to the self service part of the car wash so you can literally clean your car while you clean your clothes. My one gripe is the dryers, the dryer's are 25 cents per six minutes but they took over 40 minutes to dry a single load of laundry split up between three machines. The machines were clean but looked like older models. If they could upgrade the dryers I think they'd definitely increase efficiency and be more profitable. Overall I would recommend this business for small loads of laundry and for the self service car wash.

BOTH of these places are awful. The woman at the laundry mat is weird and rude. Shouldn't be running a business at all. Went in to get pants laundered and she looked at me like I had 2 heads. Ummm don't you launder clothes here at the dry cleaners?? Guess not. So dumb. Tried the car wash and was so disappointed as well. Paid $10 for a 2 minute "wash" and "dry" - neither of which were even adequate. Come to find out when I go to write a review both places are owned by the same people. Not surprising, they both SUCK. Save your money.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! The associate Brenda is the rudest women I have ever met. I have been able to handle it before but today was the last straw! I will NEVER give them my business again.
