They explain everything ahead of time, so you know exactly what's going on. They provide updates and do the work in a timely manner. They make dealing with insurance easy. My car has looked like new all 3 times. They are very friendly and easy to work with and will go above and beyond for their customers. Dave & Dan at Tri Town Collision handled everything, including getting extra monies from the insurance company for new parts instead of using bondo and less expensive product.
